If you are looking for quality work or undamaged canvases on the first try, stay away. I have ordered hundreds of canvases from this company over the years, but something has fundamentally broken in their production and management recently.
My last order was 68 canvases and all arrived with some frame or surface damage. Gone are the days of simple reprints. They now make you jump through hoops even when the damage is obvious.
It is a shame to see a once-great company treat a loyal partner this way. I will be taking my busines elsewhere.

My canvas arrived with the canvas torn. The plastic and box were not cut so I believe it was damaged before it was packaged.
Customer Service was very helpful and issued a refund as I didn’t want another canvas at this time.

My picture turned out just right! I love that this company has a graphic designer check your project, giving helpful suggestions to improve the image. In my case, my photo was a bit uneven which was corrected. Wonderful result!

Fabulous job with my canvas print! We want several prints done but ordered just one as a test…definitely going to do more prints!!

My canvas is gorgeous! Could not figure out how to get the picture to extend all the way to the top and the bottom of the portrait frame and your designer did that for me and it’s beautiful. Thank you!!

We had our canvas print reprinted because the shipping department damaged the sides of the print which was very noticeable. The reprint came the same way with damaged sides from crimping the banding straps against the canvas material directly. Also the first print had more wood supports to keep the canvas tight, the replacement only had one piece of wood in the back and the canvas was very loose.
We appreciate the quick response to correct the problem but the corrected print was worse.
To correct the problem, place a medium grade cardboard around the entire frame with the cardboard folded around the canvas to prevent the banding damaging the canvas. And add more wood supports to keep the paint tight . Not sure what to think.

CanvasWorld does an amazing job. The process couldn’t be easier. The finished product turns out great. I would, and I have, recommended this to friends.

Canvas World was one of the only companies I could find online that offered a large format 48x48. It was so easy to submit my picture, have it proofed and the quality and durability of the finished product was exactly as I pictured it. It looks beautiful in my new home.

After the canvas was delivered, I of course inspected it and found it to be so beautiful as the photographer who took the image. My wife was so taken by it as well. I contacted my customer and told her that it was in.

When I delivered the boxed 40x60 canvas to my customer, I had her turn around as 3 others watched it slide out of the box. I wanted her to hear their first impression of seeing this canvas. I heard, WOW this is stunning, WOW such beautiful work, and this is so beautiful.

My customer was like, I can't wait to turn around. After she turned around to see her purchase, the reponse she made was priceless... at first a gasp for air, and I am so amazed at this, and can't wait to hang this in my home. Thank you so much Jon, was her next statement.

I am the Township Clerk for Mills Township. We are moving into a new building and obtained a bunch of old black and white historical photos we thought would look nice in our new Township Hall. I sent them to Canvas World to get blown up and put on canvas. They did an AMAZING job! I would highly recommend them!
