The picture was perfect! But the frame was not straight, the hanger clip was not installed properly and there was a silicon button on one side but not both side. Attention to detail was not achieved.

I worked with CanvasWorld support to determine the best delivery and shipping methods, as I was working with you to have a painting printed in time for a wedding on the 11th - your support team assured me that the order I had placed, which was scheduled to arrive on the 10th, would make it before the timeframe I needed it and I would not need to reorder with further expedited shipping.

While I do understand you do not have control over the shipping process, I do feel that CanvasWorld played a key role in preventing this painting from making it to the wedding - as it arrived over 36 hours late and could not be shared with the couple.

The print itself looks lovely, but that point feels mute now that the bride and groom were unable to display it on their wedding day.

My gift to a family member is so loved. The quality of work is great. The canvas delivery was fast. I will order more for other family members.

Your timeline for Production and delivery was not realistic and if they were more accurate we would not have used your service. We were relying on your estimated delivery timeline to get ready for an event and if our order was too large, we wish that could have more realistically communicated that it will not be ready in time. We had to use another vendor and will probably not use Canvasworld again.

The quick turnaround. The first canvas got lost in the mail, no fault of yours. I sent an email to you. Your customer service answered me quickly. Although it wasn't your fault, a replacement was quickly made and shipped priority mail. The canvas is perfect. Will be ordering from you again.

The overall ordering process was great. I had some questions so got on the chat and received the help I needed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. I’m very happy with the finished canvas. It turned out beautifully. The artists replicated the photo I used perfectly. It makes me smile whenever I look at it. I love it! I would use Canvas World again and definitely recommend.

I ordered a portrait of my grandson‘s dog that had passed away as a gift for him. This was his first dog he had ever had, and all of our hearts were just broken by his passing. I thought maybe this way my grandson could keep a piece of him just as another remembrance. the portrait was wonderful and my grandson truly loved it

The process is pretty simple as far as uploading the pictures you want and making minor edits. Getting to approve the final pictures before they are printed is a plus too. The pictures were very securely packaged for shipping and arrived safely and look great. But the pictures are not inexpensive.

Great print reproduction! We transferred and oil on canvas painting and the colors were an exact match with NO adjustments needed. I'd opt for the thicker frame next time.

The picture came our very clear with perfect colors. My only regret is that I didn't order a larger picture.
