Began the process to purchase a replacement key for my safe in December. I finally received the key March 3rd. I am still waiting on a response to my email sent two weeks ago asking if a tracking number would be provided.

Toni was helpful getting my new lock and keypad ordered. Didn't rush me during the chat we were having. Only thing I was not happy about is she said it would take a few weeks to arrive. I thought that was a long time to wait given what the lock is protecting.

i used the online chat option, a qualified rep responded within 2 minutes and was able to successfully help me troubleshoot and fix the issue i was having. awesome!

The supplied QR code would not let me register my product. Used the chat feature and with the help of Toni she got it registered and sent me the owners manual via email. Great customer service.

Contacted Cannon Customer Service because my replacement lock keyboard would not unlock the safe. Jesse Devora assisted me in trouble shooting the problem. For some reason the new lock had drained the battery so that it would beep but not unlock. We tried a new battery and it worked properly. Very courteous and patient as I searched for a new battery. Very pleased !!

The experience was excellent, took a while to get through, lay your phone on lap about 10 minutes, but the lady took my info, it was about keypad eating battery's, got new one ordered 31 dollers, I was to lazy look for receipt.

Cabe was very helpful as well as knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, explained where to locate my key number and never made me feel rushed. In my opinion, his customer service was exceptional.

I used the chat mode available and the CSR was extremely helpful. I have been experiencing issues with my digital keypad… I was never provided with the troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve it and so far, my safe appears to be functioning normally. But, this is how the safe has been functioning… it will open/close with no issues for several months, then won’t open. The CSR provided an email to use should the safe start malfunctioning again… THANKS TONI!
