Excellent back up service and communication. My shoes are extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a very good online buying experience with Canles.

Look at the reviews on their own website. 58.4% were 5 star. The remaining reviews add up to 3.5%. So, what happened to the other 39% of reviews. This tells you the company is dishonest as hell.

I ordered size 40 but it was too small. Requested for exchange to a bigger size but was pleasantly surprised that instead of exchange, Canles has asked me to keep the shoes and sent me another pair FOC. This is the 1st time that I have encountered such great service! The shoes are comfortable and worth the price paid.

Awful blatant fake to anyone with1/2a brain who checks reviews properly& has a clue about serious long term foot probs.Reviews here without any likew mostly except for1s critical of deklan which all seem to have far more likes& I with plantar fascia & rheumatic arthritis since my late 30s now nearly 50 can verify fully & I also like at least 1 reviewer reccomend ecco shoes,not these scammers. My mum Dana Maria Mason also had foot problems most of her life due to a accident,not bad as mine it seemed but after surviving-evading nazi& stalinist death camps while her dad"who died just after ww2"was in the polish raf so she was vv stoic- brave& when still young she had a foot accident which lead to her leg being amputated & death during covid, god bless her.

after a failed delivery, the firm took contact and very soon they send a new package wich came in good order with great shoes for a nice price.

I received my initial order and found them oversized, both in L&W, I wear a size 11R and the shoes are like 12 W. I reached out to Canles' customer service and they sent me a size 10 and the fit is excellent. The shoes are very comfortable and cushion my walk better than high priced insoles. This is very important as I have problems with my feet.

Received my shoe order in early June and realised I ordered the wrong colour. I sent an email for exchange in early June 2024. I sent another email in late June 2024 and the response from Canles was excellent. I have been able to keep the wrong colour shoes and also received the correct colour shoes on 8 July 2024. Great customer service and I will spread the word to my friends.

Sto usando le scarpe da una settimana e posso dire che sono molto confortevoli. Francamente non credevo di trovarmi così bene. Inoltre il servizio è stato impeccabile. Da consigliare

B4 purchasing I requested a discount n got a 10% discount code. Despite getting a size I'm used to it turn out to a wee bit tight. Requested to return n exchange to a bigger size. Pleasantly surprise Canles send another shoe with the 1st shoe to keep.

Ho ordinato le scarpe per il mio papà di 89 anni, ha piedi gonfi per cui trovare un paio di scarpe che gli stiano comode è un impresa, invece con grande sorpresa sono arrivate un paio di scarpe molto comode di bell'aspetto e di buon materiale. Consiglio vivamente l'acquisto, siamo molto soddisfatti.

Le scarpe Deklan sono le più rigide che abbia mai visto. Anche se le suole sono di gomma, sono rigide come se fossero fatte di legno. Impossibili da portare, sarebbero la causa di cadute.
E la ditta di Canless non è raggiungibile per telefono, e non danno un indirizzo.
In più, le scarpe e le calze sono
costose. Sconsiglio.

I found The Canles shoes are light and comfortable. But I have a problem with my feet so they were not suitable. I received a full refund. I would recommend the shoes and company.
