I took up the offer of two for the price of one in their waterproof barefoot winter boots collection. The boots are very comfortable, very light and I can feel how good they are for my feet. Also beyond excellent customer service, who promptly replaced one pair I’d bought which turned out to be too small. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Thanks Canles!

2 Paar Canles AlpineBare Winter-Barfußstiefel für 85.49 Franken inklusiv. Versandkosten. Das sind Schuhe ohne Marke oder sonst eine Bezeichnung. Die Verpackung hat keine Schrift. Man kann sie als Hausschuhe statt Winterschuhe im Winter benutzen. Geiz ist wohl nicht geil. Ich bin dann selber schuld.
Ich bleibt dann lieber bei Merrell.

A big shout out and thank you to Canles customer service. I was very excited for Canles BOGO offer and ordered 2 pairs of the Earthtreks barefoot shoes. Due to a childhood illness, needing split size shoes has been a challenge all my life. One of the pairs was too small. When brought to their attention, they quickly responded and sent the size needed.

I love these shoes and my mobility has improved as a result of wearing these well constructed close to the ground shoes.

My experience started when I wanted a broad-feet shoe, and found Canles while surfing the internet.
Read the reviews and decided to buy the Barefoot model.
It took a week+ to arrive because I live half way across the globe, far where Canles HQ is.
I must particularly praise the customer service. They were willing to provide me a replacement for the incorrect size shoe. They immediately shipped the second pair.
The shoe is very comfortable to wear, and I love walking with it. Quality of fabric and feel in wearing meet expectation for a 60 year old person like me.

Great product and customer service. Had a couple of issues that they resolved well beyond my expectations. Very happy with the shoes I have and just ordered socks. Looking forward to when they order more styles. Highly recommend.

The way Canles conduct their business to the ultimate customer satisfaction.
I received my shoes only to find they were the wrong size -- my fault.
I followed their guidelines for the return and ordered another pair the right size.
They kindly said no need to return the shoes. I now have a pair of shoes that are very comfy and a pair I will donate to the Salvation Army

They refunded my order but never posted the refund. I have been communicating with them since July and have provided a number of ways to receive the refund including mailing a check, crediting back to AMEX or refunding to PayPal and they all go unanswered.

Very happy with Canles Earthtrek shoes. It's light, non slip, feel great all around. I had ordered the wrong size and Canles Team responded to my email almost immediately and the correct size sent to me with no fuss. I know I am looking forward to purchasing more Canles shoes in the near future

I am a happy customer of Canles there are two reasons for this.
--- They are very helpful by providing the right size and with easy discussions with them
--- These shoes are great, it is not that easy to find shoes with no hills at all.

I bought some shoes from Canles after seeing ads on Facebook. I don't normally like to buy from random companies that I know nothing about on Facebook haha, but the shoes looked great and comfortable and for a decent price. I was concerned about the shipping but after about 3 weeks my shoes did arrive. I emailed questions to Canles and their team always replied within 24 hours. The shoes are great and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for.

Bad replacement for so called 'barefoot' shoes!
I don't know why -but my feet hurt bad after wearing them several times, even tho I am a completely barefoot gal money of the time!! Want to return them!

Bought two pairs of Canles Earthtreks barefoot shoes and they are soo comfortable! I don't think I can ever go back to regular shoes now. Would 100% recommend!

Hatte 2 Paar Schuhe für meinen pflegebedürftigen Vater bestellt. Von den 2 Paar Schuhen wurde eine falsche Größe geschickt. Das andere Paar passte leider auch nicht. Bei dem Versuch und der Kontaktaufnahme mir die Rücksendeadresse zu nennen erwies sich die Firma als sehr unseriös. Mit ihrer Hinhaltetaktik sind sie nicht auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen. Dank PayPal und einer tollen Kundenberaterin konnte ich einen Käuferschutz anmelden, so dass ich über PayPal mein Geld zurückbekommen habe. Ich empfehle niemanden dort zu bestellen!!!

Be aware that Canles will not pay for the return of shoes ordered online. What this meant to me was that it cost $24.55 in postage to try the Canles product. It also took almost 1 month to receive the initial purchase price as a refund. What I have learned is support your local retailer. Canles online is a shyster organisation.

The customer service was outstanding, the delivery was very fast ( Australia). I was so pleased with the service I received from this business, never experienced a service like that. They went above and beyond to help. The quality of the shoes is amazing.

Pedí unas zapatillas y mi marido, que tiene el empeine alto, no se las podía poner. Nos pusimos en contacto con Canles y no hubo ningún problema para que le enviaran otro modelo.
