People answering the phone are not…
People answering the phone are not great with customers. There are frequent long pauses or they put the customer on hold for no reason. There are also several phone calls where no one answers the phone. There shouldn't be a "poor connection" excuse.

Best Support Team I've Ever Encountered
Call Tracking Metrics has the best support team I've ever encountered. They are all HUMAN and knowledgeable about the software. If there is something you need done, they work to understand what it is you're trying to accomplish and help you to do it--FAST. I always receive solutions to my questions within 5 minutes, or at least a response that they'll be with me soon. I wish all my support experiences could be like the way Call Tracking Metrics has theirs.

I have been using Call Tracking Metrics …
I have been using Call Tracking Metrics for around 5 years years. As a digital media company I have used CTM for to track my clients digital marketing campaigns and to make more informed decisions on what is working and what is not working. I have also used it for my company, The Treatment Specialist, website which has helped me closely track productivity on all campaigns and track ROI.

Not overly happy with the service
Numbers are easy to get - except for true 800 numbers. We have had some serious challenges in numbers not working - working at one moment and then dropping off for no reason with no notice. Wasted advertising dollars with no sense of urgency to get them fixed or compensate us for the lost investment and revenue. System online is just ok, but should be able to do a lot more. Some things in the reporting tool make no sense, like reporting call volume by highest number instead of showing call volume by hour which is how you need to read this.

The recording feature is beneficial
The recording feature is beneficial to both understanding and verifying the data and for use in sales training. It helps to be able to mark the call as a lead, or not a lead, for follow up purposes. I realize the way a phone is set up, is how the name of the lead is formatted, but it's the only imperfect part of the process I can find.
