Great service good product

Great service, love how you can listen in on phone calls to help with better sales or information and the call blocking really helps with all the spam calls.

Not that user-friendly

Not that user-friendly. Needs more improvement with the system. Different issues arising most of the times and some of them are still unresolved and ongoing. Support is not that responsive too.

Customer Service is Lacking

The core technology is very good, but trying to get in touch with someone for issue resolution, account strategy, integration, or general support is very difficult. If a Call Tracking client is spending thousands of dollars per month my expectation is that the client would receive account management services. It should be easier to conduct more business.

Update: Fixed with updated app - the phone app is terrible

Update: the new updated apps is working now; Thank You.

the phone app is terrible, you can't make calls and they don't seem to care. also they keep telling us that they're working on fax support; well its been two years of working on the phone app and fax support.

Call Tracking Metrics needs tight …

Call Tracking Metrics needs tight integration with Facebook Ads. We're thrilled with the new Bing Ads offline conversion integration and see that Facebook Ads could be implemented in a similar way.

Update: I just changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Call Tracking Metrics responded to my review and they have already been working on exactly what we requested!

This company without any reservations …

This company without any reservations is a 5 Star Company & allows anyone to feel comfortable using the CTM platform as they give you the best results & capture every call including Audio conversations, the location of the caller & as important, gives you a great CRM to enter all your notes

Don't get me wrong I like call tracking …

Don't get me wrong I like call tracking metrics, its synced with google analytics which is very important for our company. The only downfall is that we are only able to do one tag per call which doesn't necessarily help when doing reporting when trying to do more than one tag.

Thanks for reaching out. We can do more than one tag per call and we can do so in a few different ways. You can upload reporting tags (which can be flagged with one only) and then you can free form tag within the call record. We can also trigger a tag based on the call behavior. I love all of the special features …

I love all of the special features (tags, notes, conversion button, etc). They really help us organize our outstanding call volume. I have, however, experienced some interesting circumstances such as dropped calls, not being able to hear a customer on a call, and not being able to call out altogether. But I believe these are just the results of our current system merging with the new system of CallTrackingMetrics. I'm sure once we get these worked out, I will be inspired to leave a 5 star review!
