The app crashes constantly

The app crashes constantly, UI is shoddy.

Great Program With Solid Tool Integrations

Call Tracking Metrics has been a such a huge help in understanding how potential customers contact and flow through the purchasing process for the businesses we help manage. Reporting dashboards are clear and easily able to be filtered based on specifics. Integration with Google tools is also a huge help with gathering analytic data.

You forward my texts to my business…

You forward my texts to my business cell, but I can't text back. I have to text from my personal cell, which exposes me and my personal information. Anyone can look up a cell number online and find out where people live. I work in addiction treatment. Would you give your personal info to an Opiate addict or hard-core Crack user?

Always having phone issues

Always having phone issues. Most people can't hear me at least 50% of the day. The phone get stuck in different status (stop accepting calls, answer incoming calls, and end call) which prevents me from receiving calls.

Calls are dropped often

Calls are dropped often. When transferring calls, no notification that call was transferred. Sometimes, system won't even allow me to answer the phone. I am recommending we look into another service.

I highly recommend CTM

I highly recommend CTM, I've used Marchex and CallRail in the past. We moved to CTM for price and organizational purposes. I think improvements can definitely be made, but overall we've been very happy.

CallTrackingMetrics is the best there is out there in the Call Tracking business.

CallTrackingMetrics is the best there is out there, in the Call Tracking business! Starting with call quality, to huge amount of features, availability of phone numbers in various countries , lots of built in and custom integrations, accuracy algorithms and a sharp, yet polite support team.

Difficult to use

Difficult to use. Should be far more simple.

Questionable Reporting and No Follow-Up

I inherited this account from a prior agency. I'm not sure I trust the results. The reports keep showing phone numbers that aren't currently published anywhere. Also, I've test called a few numbers and got a busy signal. When I asked CTM about these issues they told me they didn't see any issues on their end.

And, look at their response below... always a user error. The idea that someone would have the numbers saved is ridiculous. Perhaps if it were one or two calls, sure. But this is multiple calls and all "NEW" calls not repeat.

Hello!

Our sales team would be more than happy to walk you through our platform and review your account to see if there are any misconfigurations. If you are hearing a busy signal on tracking numbers that are passing to a receiving number that could be an issue with your current phone provider. As far as the numbers that are not published anymore, a client may still have that number in their mobile device or stored somewhere, hence the calls still coming in on those numbers. Easy tracking but poor customer service

Calltracking Metrics has made tracking much easier for us but my main complaint is we can't seem to get an answer from customer service when we have an issue. Multiple follow ups and can't get anywhere.
