We've been with CTM for over 3 years. Their CEO Todd is a man of integrity. They're always willing to help us integrate into new platforms. CTM has improved our efficiency and our campaign optimization efforts. They are always improving their platform functionality and have many existing integrations to choose from. Their customer service staff has been available when we've needed them. They definitely meet our expectations. I completely recommend them.

CallTrackingMetrics.com (CTM) is by far the best call tracking and management platform in the market place today. It not only has call tracking and management, but a full blown call center platform. You can run both a hard center or virtual center.
Integrations is thier specialty as well, including a direct integration to Saleforce which is critical for my implementations.

Its a miracle when CTM has no issues for the day which I have yet to witness. It's constantly either taking me off of accepting calls, not ringing when I am not accepting calls, doesn't let us transfer in-house calls or a combination of these.
