I've been using CTM since they started - and wow - have they innovated and continued to improve - providing HUGE value all along the way. One of my favorite companies to deal with. Fantastic!!

Good Call Tracking Platform, but could be more Client-Oriented
CTM is overall a good platform to use for tracking call data, however the site has some flaws and could definitely improve its efficiency in terms of bulk editing tracking numbers / sources.
It would also be ideal to be able to export Ring Time, Talk Time, and Duration totals from call reports instead of just averages for each source.

We like Call Tracking Metrics' system for it's simplicity and reporting prowess. They have excellent support staff and have worked with us to meet a few custom needs. They listen to feedback. We are set up as an agency with multiple sub-accounts and our clients appreciate the service as well. Opening an account with Call Tracking Metrics was a game-changer for our SEO efforts.

Great Customer Service! Too feature-rich..
CTM has some of the best customer service I have ever seen from a company. They have invested greatly into their support team. Kudos to the Support team for all you do! This is also why I left a star off. The system is feature-rich, almost too rich. One button can possibly through off your entire call flow. For as many hours I have spent on the customer service line ( I could tell you each support reps favorite color) the system can be buggy. Overall a great system that is close to perfect. But have no fear the support team will save you every time!

There has been times where I am unable…
There has been times where I am unable to transfer due to it slowing down. I would have to close it and reopen it multiple times throughout the day to get it to run right again. I really think that is a pain.

I have SO many calls that just hang up and this has increased with the new year. We have requested that you block these numbers and let us know who they are etc but you have done "nothing" accept continue to charge me for them. I'm unhappy with your service

We continue to struggle with CTM
We continue to struggle with CTM. There is information needed to run the call center effectively and I know it exists but there is no way to obtain it in a report format. Poor design of the dashboard adds to the issues we experience.

Too many issues with two of three users. One has completely chosen not to utilize the system and trying out another for them. Another user hasn't had many issues and continues to use system.
