Call Switch One is a fantastic app. I'm able to see who's calling and match the caller ID to the relative customer account prior to accepting a call, saving time.

There are sometimes a few glitches with the app, but these have always been responded to and fixed quickly by the relevant team.
Charlie has also been very polite and helpful today with my query regarding a glitch on the app that caused it to stop working effectively.

I've used CallSwitch for many years and they have consistently provided an exemplary level of customer service. Fast, efficient and unfailingly helpful. I've been dealing with Sophia Holden at CS1 regarding a very tricky, messy port from an alternate provider. Sophia has been helpful, friendly, switched on and very patient. It's the messiest port we've ever dealt with but at no stage has Sophia seemed stumped or at a loss of what to do next. What more could you want.

Sophia, Matthew, and Keith are always incredibly helpful with any porting-related queries. They consistently go above and beyond, offering friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable support. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service, and their eagerness to assist never goes unnoticed.
