Ne surtout pas réserver chez eux. On demande à annuler la voiture. Il nous disent que c'est possible. En réalité non donc facture....

Cheaters! they charge full money for the car rental and say after two hours it expired.

I was picked up at Chania Airport, even if my flight was delayed two hours.
I had paid the car and insurance in advance.
We got a nice quite new car. No problems when leaving the car back.

Helpful young men working at the office.

1 star is too generous. Disgusting service from start to finish. Staff are extremely rude and patronising. Try to charge extra costs for insurance upon arrival though we had already paid for our insurance. Paid €750 euros deposit for an insurance excess which we was told we would get back if there was no accidents.

Car was completely unreliable& we are lucky to have made it to our hotel alive ! When driving 5mph on a completely straight road, our entire wheel & axle came off of the vehicle which caused us to collide into another vehicle. Lucky for us we was driving slow at this point, however if we was driving any faster we would be dead !

Company do not car about customers safety, only money. This car should have NEVER been rented to us in this condition. After our first day wasted of waiting for police & recovery trucks to get us from a dangerous location, all witnesses could clearly see the incident was no fault of our own. We was given another hire car as a replacement straight away which we was too scared to drive, which again we had to pay an additional €750 incase there was an accident in the second hire car which we was reluctant to pay as this damage was no fault to our own, however we was conned into doing so.

After renting the car for 5 days & returning it back to Heraklion airport , the staff attempted to charge us an additional €3000 to cover the damage to the vehicle as the insurance did not cover it being a mechanical fault & was advised I was a bad driver & had damaged under neath the car ! When we disputed this charge & refused to pay, they advised they will be taking both €750 charges we had paid to cover us for accidents in 2 separate vehicles though the second vehicle was returned with no damage !

As a young female, with 6 guys around me one of which was shouting in my face. I found this extremely intimidating & absolutely appalling. Company refused to take any liability. After advising I would be taking legal action, the charge they had attempted to charge had been reduced from €3000 to €1200. Absolute scam & shambles of a company, hire unsafe cars, add additional charges & intimidate you when you refuse to pay or question what the charges are for. DO NOT HIRE.

Used this company for car hire in Kefalonia as their prices were really good. Reviews on their page were good, but while we were away we were made aware of the reviews here. Won't lie, I was a little bit worried! But, car returned at the end of the holiday and holding deposit was also returned. Very happy customer! Pick up and drop off was quick and efficient. Have no qualms about using them again. Thank you.

Dall' aeroporto ci abbiamo messo mezz'ora a farci venire a prendere per arrivare all ufficio dove avremmo dovuto ritirare l'auto, una volta li sono iniziati a comparire costi aggiuntivi e alla richiesta di spiegazioni (richiesta fatta educatamente) la signora ha iniziato a inveire e a urlare che o accettavamo di pagare questi extra o non avremmo avuto la macchina.
Al di là degli extra inventati (non è una questione di soldi) non si può noleggiare un auto da certi soggetti, prenotazione cancellata.

ils m'ont fait croire que ma carte bancaire ne passait pas. Nous avons alors proposé paiement en liquide qu'ils ont refusé. ils nous ont collé une location plus chère pour une voiture en mauvais état.
Vérification faite par la suite ma carte de crédit était ok

Rhodos : Bitte nicht buchen! Schaut Euch diverse Portale an! (Oft unter 2) Ein paar Beispiele: Versicherung galt nicht , Kreditkarte ging nicht, hatten keinen Voucher, bekamen keine Belege, den Voucher bekamen wir letztendlich in finnisch mit einer Nummer aus England - diese hat nicht funktioniert- und und und - das hat System- zu lesen in diversen Kommentaren, auf den verschiedensten Portalen. Wir waren 4 Stunden dort - war bei fast jedem Touristen das Gleiche! Unhöflich bis geht nicht mehr!

Auto wurde über billiger Mietwagen.de aus Deutschland, Köln gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt .
Ankunft in Korfu abends gegen 21:00 Uhr.
Bei dem Versuch das Auto zu holen, wurde meine Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert. Man wollte mir mit mehreren Fehlversuchen suggerieren, dass die Karte nicht funktioniert. Kurz vorher beim Hinflug funktionierte diese einwandfrei. Nachdem ich völlig genervt beim direkten Nachbar, einen anderen Autovermieter einen Wagen mieten wollte, bzw. musste, funktionierte meine Kreditkarte beim ersten Versuch ohne Probleme.
So wurde ich gezwungen bei Caldera meinen bezahlten Wagen stehen zu lassen und musste gezwungenermaßen beim zum Glück sehr netten Nachbarn ein Auto mieten. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich die Angelegenheit mit dem Chef von Caldera nochmals besprechen. Wurde allerdings sehr unfreundlich und aggressiv abgewiesen.
Also Leute, Finger weg von dieser Firma.

Vorbestellung war obere Mittelklasse und als erstes gab es einen Corsa. Nach der Ablehnung würde uns ein zerkratzt und zerbeulter Peugeot 301 PureTech mit dicken 82 PS gegeben.
Das selbe Fahrzeug hätte es bei anderen Anbietern für 80 Euro günstiger gegeben, in der richtigen Klasse.
Denke hier hat Kunden täuschen System.

Ich habe einen Kombi bestellt, bekam aber einen alten und ungepflegten Kleinwagen. Größere Autos gab es keine. Mit dem Internetanbieter, über den ich bei Caldera gebucht hatte, verhandle ich immer noch über eine Kompensation für die Herabstufung.

Arrived Friday and specified we'd pick the car up Monday at Fira airport. We got there in good time, and after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing met their rep, who was pleasant and professional enough (a front!). She then led off with "I have a surprise for you, and not a good one" which amounted to her not having our car class available.

Ok what you got? Maybe it's workable.

There was a grotty old Micra, circa 2014, sitting there in a dusty parking lot, which she said would do us fine and would take our luggage (1 x teen-ager, 1 x 20 yo, us and 3 cases? Right!) Looked a mess with multiple scratches, bumps, cracks etc, but she said she'd deliver the proper car to our hotel next day, so rather than waste time we took this clanger. Sheesh! It was bad news. Santorini is hilly, very hilly, and this auto Micra with 100,000 kilos could hardly get up the shallowest gradient let alone the big ones. Squeaked like a mouse in a trap and smelt like a charity shop suit.

Next day at the specified time I called to ask if they were on their way. Reception told me our rep never agreed to deliver to the hotel and I had to come to them. Annoyed conversation ensued. Not that day, I said, as we have plans but I'll come tomorrow and call you to let you know when.

We drove that beater only a few miles, as the brakes started grinding metal on metal, so it was parked up until we went to collect the 'real' car.

Next day I got the hotel to call and speak to them in Greek. Our woman said they'd been waiting for us to arrive, as agreed, at 9am - where were we! Of course, no-one had agreed 9am, but we decided to get over there and get it done with.

Tiny office in Fira, surly receptionist who slightly warmed up as we went on, but the big geezer didn't look too friendly tbh and I wouldn't go out of my way to pick a fight. They deposited a Fiesta and said, there you go! I said no way! suitcases etc. They'll fit! they said! How do you know how big my cases are? And anyway there are four of us. Etc.

In the end they brought round a Fiat Tipo estate, with a few scrapes, 30K kilos and reasonably new. Nothing could be worse than the Malicious Micra, but this Tipo was gutless and wheezy, and as soon as the AC was turned on your granny with a bad hip could have walked up the Caldera quicker.

On our last day I left the car with the required fuel (bring it back as it was - odd way to do things) and did what they asked me to do, but I'm quietly anticipating some spurious charges, so let's see :-)

A waste of one added-up day of holiday, a bit of stress (though I wasn't in the mood to take any c--p from them) and a wish that I'd read the reviews beforehand. Well, you have, and you're now ready to go with Hertz, Avis etc...

We rented through Gotrentalcars (broker, and I'll be having a word with them too!)

ZERO stars. Worst experience ever with a car hire company. Paid for an upgraded car and didn't get it. Arrived at night to collect and the guy was very relaxed about scratches etc. Big sign saying €150 cleaning fee if lots of sand in the car. I asked the guy about this and he said should be okay unless it is really dirty. We were paranoid the whole trip and left the car in exact same clean condition except the outside which was dusty. When we returned the car, the guy lost the plot saying it was dirty inside, he lay down on his back and checked underneath the front and told us there was a scratch. Charged us €400! Even though we are partly to blame as we did not check all the bad reviews before renting, these gangsters ruined our Kos experience. They are gangsters and should not be in the tourist business. RUN A MILE

Never ever book anything from them!! Right now we are in a greek island waiting for car we rented. Car is not here & they want to pay us £200 more!!

Bei Check 24 ein Auto gebucht . Das Fenster lässt sich auf der Fahrerseite nicht öffnen, der einziger Scheibenwischer vorn kaputt. Das Auto innen wie außen dreckig.Autovermieter an der Kritik nicht interessiert : kein Ersatzfahrzeug da .

Met at airport by charming member of staff, driven to car location (3-4km away) by really nice guy….then, insulted, time and time again by member of staff in office….rude, rude and rude again….

Rather than pay them money, got the nice man to run us back to the airport and went with rodos cars….lovely service, cheaper, and direct from the airport.

Dishonest company, which we managed to denounce to the competent authorities.

They don’t have LEGAL baby seats and they want to cover that by saying that “In Greece safety belt is enough for babies”!!! When we refused to accept that they started pretending that we have offended the lady at the desk. Despite apologizing just for the sake to get the car and leave having a 9 months old tired of flight and being almost midnight, they refused to give us the car and cancelled the reservation, notwithstanding we had a baby with us.

The real reason was clear: they don’t have legal seats for babies despite pretending to and asking money for that.
Also, talking to others ready to denounce them too, they cancel reservations as they like to get about 150€ of penalty for “not completed reservation”. They are the worst. Police in Athens confirmed they have received many other complaints about them.

As we are all lawyers, we will find a way to let them pay for their complete dishonesty. For those who don’t want to start a legal fight, just DON’T RENT A CAR with them. Luckily they will get what they deserve: bankruptcy!

Non noleggiate auto presso Sunrise e Caldera ( che collaborano) sono dei perfetti delinquenti.

Auto lasciata di fretta all'aeroporto quando sono arrivata di sera. Il giorno dopo spie che si accendevano di continuo li chiamo e non rispondono scrivo messaggi WhatsApp e non rispondono faccio una chiamata WhatsApp mi risponde una ragazza e mi scrivono che è tutto ok che la macchina non ha nessun problema. Il giorno dopo prendo la nave per Naxos, l'auto si surriscalda e si ferma nel traghetto una volta scesa dal traghetto contatto un'agenzia Caldera o sunrise sul posto ma non ce n'erano, allora cerco di contattare loro insistentemente al telefono ma non rispondono invio anche dei video ma nulla. Una volta raggiunto l'hotel a Naxos faccio chiamare la proprietaria dell'hotel parlando in greco e solo allora hanno risposto che la macchina era buona Non aveva nessun problema e che io non avrei neanche potuto lasciare Santorini per dirigermi a Naxos (non c'era scritto da nessuna parte)
Durante la vacanza a Naxos la macchina mi lascia a piedi nell'entroterra e ho dovuto chiamare un meccanico che si è messo in comunicazione con loro e ho dovuto cambiare batteria, mettere l'acqua e non c'era nemmeno l'aria condizionata.
I restanti giorni a Naxos li ho vissuti con l'orrore che si fermasse nuovamente la macchina .Una volta arrivati al porto a Santorini la macchina nuovamente mi lascia sulla salita finale del Porto. Li chiamo per un soccorso ma dopo 40 minuti non si è presentato nessuno, abbiamo provato a riattivare l'auto spingendola E così siamo riusciti a raggiungere l'aeroporto restituendo la macchina 5 ore prima. Non hanno un ufficio quindi per cercare qualcuno ho dovuto farli chiamare dalla Europcar che era accanto perché loro fanno lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio senza nessuno quindi non si hanno contatti in un ufficio . Ho fatto chiamare il capo della società il responsabile e mi sono fatta portare i soldi del meccanico.
mi hanno rovinato la vacanza.
