Kulvinder was early for my pick up, we had a nice and chilled out chat on the way and this made it special for me. He has driven me on numerous occasions and his car and his driving is impeccable. Many thanks Kulvinder

Lovely and polite, not overly chatty, helpful and considerate.

My driver was great,we had a good conversation and his driving was smooth and relaxing, he also turn up early which was good for me give that my flight got in an hour earlier than scheduled,he also provided me with information about close by stores that I need which was a huge help to me. Thank you Carl jamieson.

Driver was punctual, efficient and courteous. Great communication and lovely clean car. Will definitely use again.

We found this to be a very unreliable company. We booked well in advance and contacted them 2 days before to remind them. Taxi didn't turn up! App is appalling and doesn't work so you can't check where the Taxi is. Rang company - they had clearly forgotten us. Then said taxi had broken down. 40 minutes later (after I had checked with them every 10 mins) a Taxi arrived. Kalvinder, the driver, was excellent and had raced to pick us up. However, during our journey the company were continually ringing him to pick someone up - which he couldn't do as he had us in the car! This is a very unorganised company and we would not recommend using them.

Only left 1star as can’t leave no stars booked taxi for 5 o’clock was told ten mins, 30mins later no taxi gave them a call to be told traffic very busy and car has now broken down. New taxi on route 20 mins away yet another late taxi arrived at 6:10 could have walked to my destination had to cancel meal that was booked for 5:30pm. Portsmouth area try Aqua Cabs firstly on time and half the price £10 for a 5min journey and Aqua cabs was £5:30 (this was booked via a hotel phone at reception

Completely unreliable. I booked a cab for a specific time days in advance and they never bothered to show up! Joke of a service. Apartently they were 5mins away for the entire hour I waited for them. AVOID!

Haven't used a taxi in years so nervous to book one online. But this company were great. The website was easy to use. They confirmy booking by email and text I got a text reminder 39 minutes before cabs were due, both cabs turned up on time and charged me exactly as quoted.
Cannot fault this company and their excellent service.

Pre-booked an airport transfer well in advance for 6:45am. Received a call at 22:30 the evening before telling me they couldn’t do it. Leaving me desperately trying to find an alternative at extremely short notice. Thankfully Radio Taxis came to the rescue.

So, first time i used the company last night and they charged me twice for the same journey. I have contacted them to say there are two charges on my credit card and they have just said as far as they are concern there isn't, even though i have sent them a screen shot of the charges! They finished with i need to contact my bank as the is no more they can do. Brilliant. DON@T USE THEM. OK lets see what Tuesday brings but i was still charged twice for one journey and they are asking for me to contact my bank because they did so. Anyway lets see

We always use Cab My Ride for local and long journeys. No trip is ever too big or small and we always have a first class experience. Whenever we have faced small issues, their customer service has been second to none and we have had matters resolved swiftly without any hassle.
