Possible scam, avoid
They cancelled my booking with taxi company, no driver available. Blamed me for wrong timing,although i disputed their claim because i had been extremely careful to choose the correct time. They sent me an email cancelling my booking, it is unclear if i will receive a refund or charged a cancellation fee. I sent an email asking company to clarify refund; have heard nothing. Currently of the opinion that i've been scammed, spotted errors on their website and would advise others to avoid this company. They were 't any cheaper than other providers, not worth the hassle.

We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience.
However, we would like to clarify the facts surrounding this booking.
Your journey was booked online at approximately 11:20 for a pickup time of 11:35 the same day, giving only 15 minutes' notice. Unfortunately, we were unable to source a driver within that timeframe and therefore had to cancel the booking.
Following the cancellation, a full refund was processed to the original payment method. No cancellation fee was charged. We also responded to your email confirming this.
Our booking system operates using a 24-hour clock and the booking confirmation clearly displayed the pickup time selected during the booking process.
Whilst we appreciate your frustration, we do not accept the suggestion that you were scammed. The booking was cancelled because we were unable to fulfil a journey requested at very short notice, no cancellation fee was applied, and a refund was processed promptly.

Absolutely shit service. Couldn’t find me a taxi today to meet friends. Had to ask my daughter to act as my taxi driver.

Poor service
We booked an 8 seat taxi to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Southampton, the booking was accepted , at only 30 minutes before our scheduled pick up time we were informed there was not a car available.
Fortunately for us we managed to get a cab at the terminal but it could have been so much worse if we have had a connection at the airport, I think 30 minutes notice is unacceptable and certainly would not recommend this company

While situations like this are rare, we appreciate that receiving notice only 30 minutes before travel was frustrating and fell below the standard of service we aim to provide.

good taxi company but could learn some manners when texting customers ie refer to people (customers) by there title not just their surname .On numerus occasions I have been referred to by your organization as Appleton and not Mr. Appleton.

The driver was on contact with me the moment my train pulled in to the train station and told me exactly where he was parked.
He took my bags and I asked him to drop my mum off right to the door and wait until she had opened it and then quickly contact to let me know she was indoors.
Now that is service beyond normal duty but all the drivers are willing.
