My internet is working one moment and the next moment its not.?This keeps happening. I called them the first time and they came to fix it. 1 week later, the same issue appears. I call them again that my internet is not working, they come the next day to fix it and claim it might have to do with electricity being power off. It's fixed temporarily and the same issue appears after 3 days. Their service stops at 6 pm and im stuck for the third time and hoping my 3G will be sufficient for the whole day. I pay for this poor connection that i dont know if it's going to work for the day or not. 2 technicians came and only fixed temporarily and did not investigate the issue. This is very disappointing.

Internet is the fastest to price ratio and works really well. Mobile service still only 4g though but the cheapest on the island and better mobile coverage than Epic!
Cablenet’s Mobile Service
I used to be a customer of both Cyta and Epic, but I was convinced to switch to Cablenet’s Mobile Purple Max plan. This turned out to be the worst decision I made. I was completely disappointed by the poor coverage, and the fact that they do not offer 5G.
Before switching to Cablenet, their customer service assured me that 5G would be available by the end of 2023, but that did not happen. I switched back to Epic in August 2024, and 5G was still not available with Cablenet.

My contract had expired, and they started charging me more because of that, without notifying me or reminding me that my contract was about to expire.
I spoke with two customer agents at the call center for information to change my package. On August 3rd, I visited the Cablenet store in Larnaca to remove the TV and renew my internet. Everything seemed fine, but no one informed me that I would be charged the full amount of the expired contract rather than a prorated amount for the three days.
As a result, I paid the full month's fee (55 euros, up from 35 euros), and now I am paying another 55 euros for a month when I only used the TV service for three days.
Even though I do not agree with their policies, they seem to conceal them as well, leading customers into the same trap I experienced.
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, called 2 weeks before to arrange for re installation in a different floor, also because our connection dropped to 1mbps out of the 100mbps that we have. They told me to call again 2-3 before installation to arrange it. I called. It's been 7 working days, we are without internet cause their connection is terribly flawed and they still haven't called. I'm changing ISP.

CableNet Starts Charging €1.50 Extra for Cash Payments
I have been a loyal Cable Net customer for a few years, but I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes. Cable Net has started charging an extra €1.50 for paying by cash. This is completely unacceptable! Not everyone is comfortable or able to pay by card, and this charge feels like an unfair penalty for those who prefer or need to use cash. It’s disheartening to see a company I've supported for years prioritizing profits over customer convenience and trust. This move feels like a scam to squeeze more money from loyal customers. I regret switching from Cyta to Cablenet to save some money. The reliability and coverage of Cablenet are extremely poor. My mobile data connection feels like I'm back in 2004, with constant interruptions and slow speeds. This has been a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend Cablenet to anyone looking for dependable mobile service. Stick with a more reliable provider.
Disappointed with Cablenet's Address Update Process
I recently relocated in November 2023 and decided to move my Cablenet services to my new address. However, my experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. It's now June 2024, and to my disbelief, I discovered that despite Cablenet technicians coming to my new address to set up the internet, my address has not been updated on my statements.
I was shocked to realize this when attempting to access one of my statements online for legal purposes. It's outrageous that Cablenet failed to update my address after all these months, especially considering they were physically present at my new location to install the service.
The lack of attention to detail and oversight in their address update process is unacceptable. Not only is it inconvenient for me, but it also raises concerns about the reliability and efficiency of Cablenet's services.
I expected better from Cablenet and hope they take immediate steps to rectify this issue and ensure it doesn't happen to other customers in the future. As a customer who has been with Cablenet for years, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
Horrible Service All Around
Since I switched to cablenet I’ve had ongoing connectivity issues, my hot spot keeps disappearing, and I can never rely on their services.
I also keep getting random bill payments that are much higher than I should be paying and I need to contact support every time, and every time I find out that I’m right and they have to readjust the number.
This month I got a much higher bill again, but their customer support haven’t been replying for over a week.
Overall, switching to Cablenet was the worst decision I made. Don’t do it!

I have now received my first bill and complained on 12th of April that the International calls package had not been actioned and i was charged separately for the calls. I was promised a call back and things would be fixed.. 2 Weeks later still the same promises although it appears that the package was mysteriously added on the 12th of April. I asked to make a complaint but of course I have to wait for the call back! Absolutely useless service!

I topped up 20+5 Euro to use the amount to book Gimme 500 prepaid. One minute later, although my phone was connected to WiFi, 21 cents were deducted for mobile data use and I could not buy the package anymore. The customer service told me there is no way to rebook the 21 cents and I have to top-up another 5 Euro, 4,79 of which will be lost after the package expires. No payment via credit card. Nothing which would point to a modern company!
Scammers, stay away
I purchased a prepaid package and when you get to choose they don't state clearly what it is deliberately misleading .. YOU ARE SCAMMERS Your place is hell
Worst Service I have ever Experienced
I transferred to take advantage of their advertised service giving various benefits including an app that added increased home security.
The App doesn't work!
The inet disconnected for a considerable period on the first day of service!
My telephone line does not work!
It takes a 20 wait on the telephone to get to any of the relevant departments!
No call back as promised.
All in all, the worst service i have ever experienced.
Absolut disgrace of a company
Absolut disgrace of a company. Avoid like a plague, they don't care, they cannot own up to their mistakes all they want is to take your money and all you get in return is headache. Terminated by contract well over 6 months, nobody explained the proper termination procedure because you are a foreigner so they take advantage of you. and when you explain and tell them you called and informed them of everything they just say they dont keep record of it past 6 month! convenient for them. their complaints department even more useless. Even if you paid me I wouldn't go with them. Nothing but Thieves!!

I have been using this provider for over a year. For a whole year, the provider has not been able to identify and eliminate the problem of frequent disconnects.
They have only support voice and until 21:00 and don't have live chat.
Technical support is incompetent. When calling them, the specialist turned off WiFi and did not solve the problem with the Internet.
In addition to all this, they are installed three devices: a media converter, a microtic router, a WiFi router. Although friends immediately have one router into which fiber optic is stuck.
As a result, I suffered and decided to change the provider.
I do not recommend this provider.
