The Internet is worse than that of competitors. However, the services are more expensive. They take 50 euros deposit for the router. Be careful - after the contract ends, the deposit is not returned.

The worst customer service and after-sales support in Cyprus. I bought a new phone for 600 euros, which was faulty. It would turn off about 20 times a day, and sometimes it wouldn't even restart. After experiencing this issue repeatedly, I even went to their shop and showed them how the phone kept restarting on its own, and they saw it with their own eyes. Despite this, they just reset the phone and gave it back to me. I continued having the same issue for 2 years. Every time I took it to them, they kept it for a month, reset it, and returned it.
After two years, they claimed the phone had a faulty motherboard and said they replaced it. I had no phone for 3 months. They don't even answer their emails, and it takes months to receive a response. When I asked how I was supposed to stay without a phone for months after paying 600 euros for it, their answer was simply, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." I asked for a replacement; they refused. I asked for an extended warranty since the phone was faulty, and they even gave me receipts showing they never fixed it and just reset it. Now, they ignore me and don’t respond to their emails.
The internet would disconnect for hours every day. This has been the worst experience with a company. I still have no resolution regarding my phone and no phone at all. I will make sure all social media and Cyprus know about this so no one else gets defrauded by their offers. The anxiety I went through not having a phone, especially when I was sick and alone at home, not being able to call anyone or even an ambulance during Christmas because the phone decided to freeze—because they sold me a faulty product—is unacceptable. Not even an apology.
I went to their shop on the 27th of December, sick with the flu, cough, and fever, to explain that I had been alone at home for days without a phone to call anyone to help me. I will pursue legal action, even if it costs me more than the phone itself.

Internet is not working. It can set offline 3 times per hour. When you call to technical support they say that they will call me to arrange meet and after that nothing happens.
I hope you will read this message and choose another provider!

We made a request more than month ago and we are still waiting for their technicial to call us. I called 4 times and each time they said that they will ping them and nothing happened.
The last time they said that their superviser will call us asap and nothing for several days.
We just ask to move their internet from one apartment to another. Each time I ask about the reason of the delay and they said nothing!

These guys are scammers. They say that they can give you the best internet but they dont. If you want a stable internet without ups and downs just IGNORE Cablenet. I have my pc plugged with ethernet cable and my MS are over 100. Just a DISGRACE. I called them to solve me the problem and their answer was that the speed that i want none can provide it in Cyprus. Just bullshit. I have internet from Cyta to my other house and i get exactly what i want. Ps the people who put at the phone as technicians are just funny. These guys dont even know what they are talking about.

The internet goes on and off every 3-4 days of the week, this has been happening for the past 2 months. It's unbearable. They also can't do anything about it since we changed the modem and everything. I suggest you choose a different company for your internet

Technical support can do nothing about it, does not debug at all, just throws up their hands. We tried to solve the problem for a week, solved it by updating the router (apparently at random), but the problem returned after a few months.
This is my experience over a year and a half with this provider.
Update: changing provider solved all the problems.

Terrible. Heaps buggy and plenty of issues with “negative balances”. If you get a prepaid SIM card, expect to call up tech support.
After my €20 top up card was declining, I was told “it was my fault” there was nothing I could do except purchase another one…

Internet on father's name who passed…
Internet on father's name wdho passed away in 2021. Went to their office and showed a death certificate. They refuse to change the name from my dad to me without a solicitors letter as the death certificate is not good enough evidence, nor photos of the grave.
Do not use, go to Cyta instead. Will stop paying for their services and they can take my deceased father to court as they don't believe he passed away.
All I wanted was an upgrade and that was it. I'm paying for it.

Πραγματικά με κούρασαν.. Έμεινα 5 μέρες χωρίς διαδίκτυο λόγω όπως υποστήριξαν σπασμένης οπτικής ινας, στις 6 μέρες ξανά το ίδιο πρόβλημα και ποιος ξέρει πόσο καιρό ακόμη θα περιμένω αυτή τη φορά.. Δεν είχα ποτέ παρόμοιο ή το παραμικρό πρόβλημα με τον προηγούμενο πάροχο

Worst customer service in Cyprus! We’ve been waiting for 2 months for them to call us to book an appointment for wifi installation. When you miss their call once you can’t even call them back and they never call you after that. I had to call them at least 10 times to remind them about the appointment since I have to work from home and still they haven’t called for an appointment.
