Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Took forever to reply about order that I have not received shipping order for, 2 weeks after order. And deleted my comments on their posts instead of addressing issues. I’d buy from eBay instead

Read before buying.
Looked great on YouTube and website, so ordered myself a Red console with 30K game option on 9th Feb 26. Until I ordered I was unaware of extra charges for warranty and delivery protection. I may of pressed these options by accident but I doubt it as I never go for warranty or anything. So check your order because buying.
Started getting worried I was scammed as online stated 7 working days for delivery but in FAQ/T&C after some digging it’s not guaranteed. Tracking system was ‘bugged’ and I believe non existent as even after the item was delivered my tracking is still saying in transit or does not exist. Something I got in contact about a few times.
Delivery took 6 weeks and continuous chasing, to the point where I was offered a free protective case on 07/03/26. (as of 21/03/26 still waiting for this to arrive)
Salesman named Luke was somewhat helpful and I can’t say no to a free item, but I feel there’s a theme with GameLabs where delivery and contact is an issue. This needs to be looked at internally as Trust Pilot reviews at 1 Star across the board all have a similar feel.. long delivery, no tracking but item arrived is fun. A different feel to reviews on their site.
I sent an email chasing a refund as it was suspicious, on 20/03/26 and Sod’s Law Console arrived an hr later, but I was grateful and retracted my request for refund. Still awaiting case.
In terms of the console it’s great and exactly what I was after in terms of nostalgia. However I noticed 2 things. First a bit petty maybe but the console has 25K games not 30K as advertised. Secondly the same consoles I can see are on Amazon or other sites for a cheaper price. GameLabs are hoping people see the ads, see the ‘amazing reduced discount’ from £88, trust the company must offer something more and go for it. But in reality it just opened more questions..
- are they just buying from Temu and Amazon then adding they’re packaging and sending it out? If so why the delay in delivery
- What’s with the delivery protection? Tracking never worked and the packaging was basic.
- 5 year warranty? Imagine that process of claiming that.
However the console is fun, and my son loves it to the point of asking for one himself. Of which now I did some research to see if there was a better way of purchasing one. Of course there is.
Overall I’m glad I did my research after receiving the console as I won’t be buying from GameLabs again. Instead I will go for the same item at a cheaper price online which I presume is what they did before re packaging it like everyone else.
Sorry not sorry to GameLabs for this review, some sort of a professional pedestal has been built to stand out from others but in realty there’s a scam element. 5 yr warranty I doubt exists, and delivery protection from my experience is 100% fake. Just another way of shifting profits
2 stars is fair, product someone else has created is fun, however the purchase experience, missing 5K games and from my point of view fake extras just ruined the overall package.
I suppose this will not be posted to the website and be discarded but I hope the team behind GameLabs takes this all onboard to improve their system for future buyers. It’s not about chasing profits that makes a business successful. It’s the experience and reputation. The money will come with time. Just look at Arc Raiders vs COD in 2026

Ordered 12 days ago and paid for express shipping. The item has gone no where, not dispatched at all. I sent them an enquiry on there website and have had no replies. Ill be surprised if I even get the item.
Shipping incredibly slow
Ordered on FEB 15 and only Mar 20 did i get an update saying the carrier finally got it to start shipping to me. website still says 7-15 business days after order.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. My order was placed on 2/16/2026. I’ve emailed so many times and I get a generic response from “Stephanie” about how my order is on the way and I will be updated as soon as possible. Today on 3/19/2026 I get an update that my order arrived to the China distribution center. I live in the US so it would be at least another week before anything even arrives. And that’s being generous! I don’t even believe my order exists at this point. I’ve already requested my money back from the bank. It seems like after I notified them of this, my order magically started updating. They have missed the time frame by over 2 weeks by now and there’s no reason why. This company is scam. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t order from them.
Find a different company to order from
I purchased one of their game emulators game emulators and I haven’t received it yet. I reached out to them and they said that they’d reach out to the shipping company and see what the delay was and that they’d update the shipment tracking shortly afterward. I am still yet to receive an update and it’s been almost a month since I ordered the product. They make you pay for shipping and yet they can’t tell you when your product will arrive or if there is even anything being shipped to you. They failed to confirm whether or not they had shipped me anything and all they did was apologize for the delay and couldn’t tell me where my product was getting held up. Overall it’s been a really poor experience and I haven’t received help from the company. 0/10 I would not recommend to anybody.

Alleen maar mailtjes met dat het verzonden zou zijn maar 9 dagen later niks binnen, geen tracking nummer en ook de orderstatus is geeneens geupdate naar verzonden.
Scam, koop op aliexpres hetzelfde apparaat voor de helft van de prijs en dan komt hij nog eens aan ook. (op aliexpres heet het de R36S/R36XX)
Don't order from Game Lab, you don't get what's advertised.
I ordered 2x Crimson greed consoles December 9th, I was told I would have them in time for Christmas. I got them 2nd January both turned up without Micro SD's meaning they can't be used.
I've spoken to several members of the team over email which they all end up not responding after the 2nd reply. I've sent pictures of the order, was made to send a video to prove the Sd port are really empty and still nothing.
Absolutely ridiculous! They were Christmas presents and it's March.

The only response I got in those 4 weeks was from the mysterious and elusive Luke Harrison, who I can imagine is singlehandedly opening complaints and then proceeding to delete said complaints as his full time weekly employment. Beware – Order Not Delivered
I placed an order with Gamelab UK on 20th February 2026 (Order #NUK1170) totaling £74.99. Three weeks later, I still haven’t received the products, and the tracking information they provided doesn’t work.
I’ve tried contacting them multiple times via email, but they have not responded. Based on my experience and reading other reviews, I cannot recommend this company. I am now forced to escalate the matter with my credit card provider as a potential fraudulent transaction.

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on 2/12/2026 and received a shipping notification on 2/13/2026. After weeks of no movement or updates I sent an email to support on 2/26/2026 asking about order updates. I was told that the packages had been shipped and due to an influx of orders there were delays. There was still no movement. I emailed again on 3/6/2026 asking about another update and was told and I quote “your package is with the courier and on its way. The tracking should update shortly as it progresses through the system.” After another 4 days I requested a refund at that point due to the items clearly not being shipped. I was told that they can’t process a refund while the items are in transit and I was sent a shipping update. All it was was the same information as the previous tracking but with 3/12/2026 staying shipment information received rather than the original date of 2/13/2026. Don’t waste your money or time.

I would rate zero. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I ordered Feb. 4 was told it'll be here Feb. 13 it's now March 14th with no product, no way of tracking, and the same spam email saying "it's on the way to you" I just disputed with my bank, again; DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!
