Incredible. The customer service was very quick in responding all my doubts. The shipment took a little bit of time but it went straight forward and I received the package in less than 10 weekdays!
Very surprised with the quality. It fits me perfectly. Just to let know, the sizes are quite small so check correctly before buying :)

I am writing to cancel my order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The item is unused and unopened, in its original packaging.
Please confirm receipt of this cancellation and send me your returns instructions or a prepaid label. I will return the item within 14 days of this notice. Under the Regulations, I expect a full refund, including standard delivery charges, to my original payment method within 14 days of you receiving the item or of my proof of postage.
I have made earlier attempts to contact you about this without a response. If I do not hear back within 7 days, I will contact my card provider/PayPal to request a chargeback or dispute and will seek advice from Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Amazing customer service and great products.

I wish I had taken more time to read the reviews rather than taken in by the website as I agree with many reviews. They advertise a 30 day returns which sounds simple but you have to pay posting and they add a 15% fee which is not so clear. Delivery takes a long time. The website photos look great but the product quality is really awful. Don’t be taken in by the website as none of it is as advertised from quality through to returns. In response to this review below you have sent an automatic reply. We have been in touch and you were not helpful at all

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered boots from this bogus company. They appear UK based but goods are shipped from China & returns are codtly. Tried to cancel but got offered 50% discount to post review, which they didn't honour. No eta and they've stopped communicating with me.
