Ordered from a buy one get one free offer. Only one bag arrived! I have now sent 6 emails to the supposedly:
‘customer service’ and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement. Would definitely not recommend and I certainly will avoid in future.

The bag will only fit small phones ( under 6inch) and not all phones as stated. They are based in Australia and the cost to returns out ways the value of the bag. They refuse to accept they are misleading customers and hide the fact they are not UK based and have no contact number.

Delivery has not arrived, fobbed off by customer service, have now seen that this seller has extremely bad reviews and Is totally unreliable. A very bad experience and realise that the advertising is patently misleading. Have given up hope of receiving my purchase and sadly written it off as a particularly unpleasant and nasty experience. Ordered 4 in November. They were Christmas presents. Now too late for me to deliver. According to the track and trace they came from China and have been awaiting delivery at a local depot since 7th December. It is now 22nd December and no delivery in sight. Assured twice that they will soon be here and that was over a week ago. I will want a full refund and no postage costs. Terrible service and quite upsetting as I firstly need the refund to buy any new gifts and secondly there isn’t any time left to shop and I have limited mobility.

Don’t waste your money. You will only see a few good reviews as they control what you see on their site and fb. Terrible product. Both crossbody bags broke after 2 months as clasp was very thin and stitching was already coming out near seams.

Ordered 4 bags on 2nd December, received no confirmation email or reference number or bags! but of course they debited £49.90 from my credit card.
Contacted ‘customer services’ eagerly awaiting a response …..

Very disappointed with this product. The colour is very different to the advert, not at all pearlized and the pink is very peach in shade. Not the greatest quality either.
Would not hold as much safely as you are lead to believe. Confusing returns policy too.

I bought a bag which I wish to return because it looks cheap and nasty and not worth the money. After emailing customer service I'm told to return item to Australia or accept 10% refund which equates to £3! I had no idea the item was coming from Australia if I did I would not have entertained buying from them. I would not reccomend using this company the after sales does not exist and the quality is poor.

Where's my order selena? Terrible reviews. Delivery date is going further away. 😠 From 5 days to 9. Crazy. And to make matters worse there using 💩 Hermes 👎🏽. Item could end up in a tree knowing 💩 Hermes.

I am still waiting on 2 bags I bought for $50.00 after 28 days. I have queried their whereabouts and was given a tracking number for PF Logistics. That company has no such number. When I bought them I didn't know they would be sent from a factory in China and not by Selena. They are probably really only worth $5 each if that. I am very angry and feeled badly treated by this company. Never again !!

Very disappointed. I purchased these bags for Christmas presents and also for myself. I received one that was the wrong color. When I advised them of this they offered to send me another of the correct color so that was sorted but I have just tried to put what I need to in my handbag. The clutch bag does not meet at the bottom because it is not sewn at the bottom of each compartment. So there is no room for coins keys or anything else that will fall out. The zip may keep it in but only until you unzip it. That particular bag also does not fit my phone. It will go into the zipper areas but then it is very hard to close. The smaller of the bags that I received has just broken where the handle Clips on to the bag. I am really disappointed with bags. And so annoyed that I bought so many of them as gifts. All I can do is advise the people I give them to to use it as a one off for just the day, not as an every day bag. These bags have no give at all. Very hard so don’t stretch out. So don’t expect to put a second set of keys in. Also the slots for cards are very small. I am not going to go back to the company because it was hard enough in the first place just to get a correct one sent, which hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed

Very disappointed in the bags!! Wished I had taken more time to read the reviews before ordering. Not enough room for my phone or much else really!! As for the writing on the front of the bags, as everyone else says, who wants that!! A load of RUBBISH!

Inferior product with misleading description in FB advert. I politelty asked for a refund and they said no, quoting terms and conditions state no refund. I pursued refund quoting Australia Laws which makes their terms and conditions invalid and that a refund due plus postage and packing. Numerous emails later and clutch wallets returned I have received refund of purchase but they are still refusing to refund p&p choosing to ignore the law! Totally disreputable company. I did post in their comments that description did not match product but it was deleted very quickly. I think most if not all reviews on their FB posts are fake. Lesson learnt only purchase online from companies you know and trust.

Avoid!!!!! I just received my order and the purse is not the same as what was shown in the advertisement. The card holder showed was able to hold 6 cards the one I received only has space for 4. Was also very disappointed that it was stamped on front, “orininally from Korea”. Who wants that on the front of their purse? Not worth the money I spent. AAAAAND they do not do return if you bought it on one of their sales which they are always on sale. Wished I had read these reviews before ordering. Should know to stay away from Facebook orders.

Email and adverts suggest based in UK. Are in Australia. Very inferior product. Requested to return and refund, not worth my time returning to Australia. But they are also registered in UK. Customer care very responsive which is good but product inferior and customer care not able to do much except Offer minuscule refund. AVOID.

Very cheap bags, very flimsy and hardly fits anything in it. Sent from China despite saying it would be locally dispatched. Could have bought exact same bag on eBay cheaper. Wish I hadn't bought it now. Got caught up in the 2 for 1 sale ending soon

Update to my two reviews. This is regarding the customer service. I emailed byselina and sent a photo of the broken zip. By return I received an apology and a replacement bag is being sent to me.

Update to my previous review on byselina.uk bag. Second use the purse zip broke. Absolute rubbish! Don't buy

I hope that this isn’t another ‘fake’ Instagram company, ordered 2 bags and still nothing has arrived despite an email being sent informing me that it was shipped 10 days ago.

You get what you pay for. I ordered two of the small phone purses. Gave one as a present and it’s ok but my one fell apart on its first use. The strap hooks fell apart and the zip pull also fell off. Very disappointing. Don’t think there is much point in trying to return this item which looked so good but is such poor quality.
