I paid for express shipping two weeks ago and they still have not shipped I want my money back and they are just jacking around they printed a bs label but that’s all I WANT my money back DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Don’t buy from this company. Everything that other reviewers said has been my experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Save yourself the money and the embarrassment of falling for a scheme.

iPhone didn’t fit. Contacted for refund. Was then told they were in Australia, site didn’t state that. My packaging said from Illinois. Wanted refund. Said I had to return to Australia or offered 15% discount. I wish I would have seen these reviews and wouldn’t have bought from them. You can’t say anything bad in their comment section because they delete it. Amazing, it only on for a few minutes then it’s taken down. Seems fishy to me.

I was looking fwd to receiving my purse .... until I actually did. Poor quality and ink stamped logos slightly crooked.

Ordered clutch bag, poor quality, bad stitching, faulty zip so wanted to return instead they offered me 15% off, to keep the bag due to postage costs, cost of postage to Australia £18 with Royal Mail and £22 with courier. It would make sense but the bags are of such poor quality that they will not last more than a moth so waste of money and never again.

I purchased 3 of these bags. Unfortunately had already given two of them as Xmas presents before I tried to use mine. Embarrasing !
Poor quality, Unsuitable for purpose. Nothing like the capacity shown in the advert. Too small to take regular size credit cards, or even small notes. Waste of money. Avoid.

Cheap Chinese bags have to pay to send back to Australia submitted negative reviews but blocked by web site .Wonder where all the good reviews came from?

Not a bad product but only because I got 2 for the price of one. If I had paid full price I would be disappointed. Phone does not fit and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive.

I have no choice but to shop online for gifts. As the bag/wallet were in the sale, it seems I cannot expect a refund. There is NO WAY a mobile phone will fit into the pocket 'designed ' for one. These goods are not fit for purpose. Don't have anything to do with this company. Wish I'd read other reviews first.

SCAM! We bought items from them that were shipped to us from Los Angeles, so "locally mailed" and inexpensive.

But when the items were defective and we contacted them to return or refund we were told that returns had to be shipped to Australia, but due to the high cost of shipment there BySelena would save us the trouble and just refund 15% without shipment. (leaving us with defective items). I questioned this, and they came back with A LOWER OFFER of 10%! Can you believe this scam? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Why the hell should I have to ship something to Australia when they shipped it to me from California? SCAM!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU ORDER AND THEY DON'T SEND THE PRODUCTS. WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND THEY SEND A NEGATIVE REFUND SO IT APPEARS YOU'VE BEEN REFUNDED BUT YOU HAVEN'T! FRAUD.

DOES NOT FIT CELL PHONE OR PASSPORT AS ADVERTISED! They rrefused to pay for return shipping, which is cost prohibitive. When item is not as promised seller must pay to ship back. I had to dispute with credit card which took months and was huge hassle. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM if you want to put phone in it.

My cell phone DOES not fit and I measured before I ordered. PLUS to return it is in Australia and very expensive to return!! I wish I had seen this review page before I bought it!! Somehow a Company called SelenaTheLabelUSA lulled me into thinking it was US based. I am much wiser!!!
And the lettering on the front of the bag that is glossed over in the video is absolutely cheap and obvious!!!

First two I bought was wary of but actually loved them. I now have 5 in different styles and love them they are the only bag I use normally. I have arthritis all over my body and cannot carry anything heavy. These take my phone, cards, money and a lipstick which is all I need and have no pain to deal with as very light.

The clutch wallet is not fit for purpose. I purchased 2 clutch wallets in May, thinking them a great design. By September, on both wallets, the clips on the straps which attach the wallet to the strap had broken, thus making them not fit for purpose. I contacted the company asking for replacement straps but my request was declined as it was over 30 days since purchase. This suggests they expect the product to be faulty very quickly. Do not waste your money or expect the company to provide a quality product.

It pays to buy in an actual shop where you can touch & feel your item!
Bought a black & a red one, in the BOGOF deal.
Thought I was ordering a different style of top opening one (these were side opening) so after I complained I was offered a 15% refund or send them back at my own cost.
Long story short, I was sent a top opening bag, but it's not as roomy as it's made out to be!
I'll be offering three bags on a charity website very soon!

Would give zero stars if possible. They make it look like they are in the uk with a uk website, so you expect delivery is within the uk. They’re not. Items come from china and took 10 days to arrive! Poor quality so requested refund and was told to return to Australia!! This is a way for them to get away with not giving people the satisfaction guarantees they advertise as when I checked postage cost back to Australia it was almost as much as I paid so I’m stuck with them. Got small refund for complaint but stuck with bags I don’t want. Not happy and do not recommend. Do not buy from this company.

Purchased for a holiday, as seemed a good idea. Card change and phone in a handy bag. Well when i ordered it stated would be dispatched within 2 days and was uk based!!! Infact it came from China,therefore there was no way it would take 2 days.
the purse/bag arrived after my holiday. Opened it seemed ok phone fitted but not my cards as these are in protection wallets. But thought that was ok. put my change in the purse, closed the bag. When I opened it the purse had not closed the zip was broken, therefore change fell out. So basically a waste of money. I wont try to send it back as it will cost me the same as the purchase price. what a rip off!!! But they will continue to get away with it.
