The clothing is always good
The clothing is always good. But my package got lost in the mail for over 3 months. Despite this, BYLT still honored the trade in and kept in constant communication. This type of customer service is what every company should strive for.

Crickets on my Order
Made an order online and 8 days later still showing as unfulfilled. Reached out numerous times on app and got a standard message that it “had been escalated”. Also followed up via email with no communication. Rough first experience with BYLT. I suggest ordering thru Amazon if possible as their customer service is much better.

Love the clothes, great fit and quality. Looks good and very comfortable as well. Customer service is fantastic with issues as well, Rudzani was very professional and quick to solve any issues.

If I could just rate Carol
If I could just rate Carol, customer service rep, then I would give 5stars. However, my session with Carol was my second one with a customer service rep. The first time involved providing the exact same information without a resolution. I was told one thing was happening when in fact nothing happened. Thank goodness for Carol. They knew exactly what the issue was and within 7 minutes, resolution! Maybe Carol should be training others. Please BYLT, hire more Carols because we love your products and realize all doesn’t happen perfectly. A good customer service rep can make ALL difference. Thank you Carol!!!!

Great customer service
I forgot to add the BIOS bag which is free if you spend over a certain amount. Their customer service was able to create a separate order to ship the bag directly to me! They were fast to respond and answered any questions I had. Excellent customer service!

I can’t say enough great things about BYLT Basics. Their clothing is honestly on another level — the fit, comfort, and quality are outstanding. Every shirt, hoodie, and pair of joggers I’ve bought feels premium, holds up wash after wash, and fits perfectly. You can tell they put real thought into the design and materials, making every piece versatile enough for both casual wear and workouts.
What really stands out, though, is their customer service. They’re responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy with your purchase. I had a small issue with an order, and their team handled it quickly and professionally — no hassle at all. It’s rare these days to find a company that backs their products with such great support.
If you’re on the fence, give them a try. Once you experience BYLT’s quality and service, you’ll understand why so many people swear by them.
Difficult to reach customer service but helpful when you do.
Update. After finally getting through the AI chatbot to a person, they have placed the order on hold to adjust the address, which another employee in the social media channel was able to confirm.
4/5 because I still think a staffed customer service phone line is better than having to reach out on social media, and an order management system that customers can access is better.
My wife placed an order and has our old address auto filled in the payment option. Thinking this was just the billing address it went unnoticed. There was no page to confirm shipping address and hitting next just placed the order. We went to the website to try to resolve the issue and were met with -
An unmonitored phone line that tells you they won’t pick up.
An auto reply email that tells you it’s not monitored.
An AI chat bot that never connects you to a real person.
A social media profile with just an auto reply sending you to the contact us page.
This is one of the worst customer services that I have encountered. They might as well have a contact us page that just says ‘Kick rocks’.
