Update. After finally getting through the AI chatbot to a person, they have placed the order on hold to adjust the address, which another employee in the social media channel was able to confirm.

4/5 because I still think a staffed customer service phone line is better than having to reach out on social media, and an order management system that customers can access is better.

My wife placed an order and has our old address auto filled in the payment option. Thinking this was just the billing address it went unnoticed. There was no page to confirm shipping address and hitting next just placed the order. We went to the website to try to resolve the issue and were met with -
An unmonitored phone line that tells you they won’t pick up.
An auto reply email that tells you it’s not monitored.
An AI chat bot that never connects you to a real person.
A social media profile with just an auto reply sending you to the contact us page.

This is one of the worst customer services that I have encountered. They might as well have a contact us page that just says ‘Kick rocks’.

Bylt makes great joggers and has excellent customer service. Moe helped send me replacements when my order was misplaced by USPS and even helped me track down the new order once it arrived. Very happy with the products and the customer support and looking forward to buying from them again.

Fantastic customer service. I sent an email with a concern and was gotten back to within 24 hours solving my issue swiftly.

I contacted support regarding a difference in price between an item I had recently purchased and the discounted price cost per a sale. Terry, the support specialist, was efficient and provided a credit for the difference. The entire experience was quick and appropriately resolved.

I love the quality, fit, style and style. The customer service has been great, both via online chat, and in their physical store.

I really like the fit, and quality of all the products I have gotten from Bylt. Recently I placed an order, and the next day they had a sale, so I reached out to see if I could cancel my first order and put in a new one, but they were willing to just give me the difference I would have saved as store credit so that was really appreciated.

Customer support was super helpful resolving an issue that wasn’t even their fault!

The return process was a nightmare. There is no customer service phone number. Everything has to be done through AI chat or email. The order I placed 2 weeks ago (to replace the item I finally returned) still has not arrived and the AI bot was not able to find it. It said it was referring me to a human... still have not heard from one. In the future, I'll stick with LULU. The quality is better and they have a customer service number!

Excellent costumer service.

First of all, I am NOT a brand loyal person, as I value variety. However, I am a huge Bylt fan, and most people now associate me with the brand, as I wear both business and casual from them.

I had my first situation in which a hoodie had strange fading, and I think it could have been from sitting on a window sill in the sun for a couple weeks. Either way. I reached out and Carol was kind enough to offer to replace it, even though I had owned it for a year.

Best apparel company by a mile.

Jan was very helpful - they resolved my issue promptly and professionally. Joggers received were of great quality, hope to try more pieces soon.

I had such a great experience working with Rudzani on a return/exchange. The communication was so quick and the matter was resolved so quick. The product I ordered was excellent quality.

Love their clothes ! Even better love their service. I recently ordered again and purchased two shirts and they went on sale the next day . They were good enough to offer a credit or refund for the difference. I so appreciate how fast and flexible they are . I am a fan of the clothes and service!
