Accidentally sent my order to a previous address. Fault was completely my own. After contacting support, and allowing USPS to retrieve the package (a claim which BYLT filed on my behalf) i was sent a duplicate order to my correct address.

A Double Surprise and Delight

I have always enjoyed the high quality of BYLT products. I have purchased them for myself and my family and the gifts are always appreciated. The pants are exceptional and now have tried the denim, which is another hit!

I had an issue with an on-line order that was an error on my part. I used the on-line chat and was assisted by Rudzani. They were professional, helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I am delighted by both the products and customer service that BYLT has to offer!

Super disappointed with this company. I placed an order and the 2 suit pieces were not the same color. I sent 3 emails within a month and received no response. Safe to say this company is not for me.

I wish I could say BYLT Basics merely underdelivered—they weaponized incompetence. Ordered premium basics with their advertised 3-5 business day shipping. Reality? Double the time later, still nothing. No proactive update, no apology—just radio silence until I chased them down.
Then the gut punch: they canceled my order citing “inventory issues” (after charging me full price, tax, and shipping). Refund? A pathetic store credit for less than the original amount paid—zero reimbursement for shipping, sales tax, or any other fees. That’s not a refund; that’s theft by spreadsheet.
This isn’t a fluke. A quick scan of Trustpilot, Reddit (r/malefashionadvice), and their own filtered reviews reveals a pattern: chronic stock lies, glacial shipping, and refund policies designed to trap your money. BYLT doesn’t fulfill orders—they bait and bleed customers.
Verdict: BYLT Basics is a grift in athleisure clothing. Burn your gift cards, delete your account, and shop literally anywhere else. They’ve earned a permanent spot on my “Never Again” blacklist.

Support was great once I was able to get past the AI canned responses, which were just not helpful. Krystal was as able to solve my issue in a matter of a few minutes and everything was handled to my satisfaction.

Man, I’m so bummed to be writing this review because BYLT has been my favorite clothing company for years. BYLT’s “quality control” is the only thing bringing the company down and it’s gotten worse as they grow. Let me explain, I have been wearing their everyday joggers for years now. For the most part they’ve fit true and all the pants I have fit close to the same, except for the tan everyday joggers. The legs on the tan ones run almost a size tighter than any of the other colors. You can trust me I have them all. I sized up in the tan ones so the legs would fit and the waist is a little big.

It continues… I recently lost weight so I have gone from a 36 to a 34. I bought 34’s a few months back and I recently bought the dark charcoal and the black ones in a size 34. I couldn’t believe how big they were. They’re actually bigger than my 36’s. I thought no problem, I’ll get a 33 and maybe they’ll fit and unfortunately the 33’s showed up fitting as they have in the past, so they fit way too small. I thought maybe I just got a manufacturing error, so I reordered the 34 and they came HUGE. I wish I could upload the photo so you all can see the difference in the sizing, but I can’t on this platform. Both pants are a 34, one I bought a few months back and one I just recently bought. They are the same size and one pair fits 2 inches wider and 3-4 inches longer. I messaged the company about them asking and all they said is it would be best for you to just return them. The batch they just received runs bigger. So if that’s the case they need to update their size charts because the joggers are supposed to be length 28.5-29.5in and I measure them at 33in. That’s a heck of a difference. Anyways, love the brand, just wish they actually fit true to the size chart and it’s not even close anymore.

It’s one of the better men’s clothing brands and honestly I love the material and how it holds up vs other brands. Please keep up the quality and stylish clothing.

I ordered the wrong size. Despite the company's "no order changes" policy, Leon was able to cancel my order so that I can reorder the correct size without having to wait for the incoorect order to arrive and then return it. He responded quickly, and saved me alot of time and hassle. Outstanding cutomer service.

Great customer service. I was having an issue with a product exchange, QR code wasn't working at the return office. By the time I got around to addressing the issue it was already passed the 30-day return window. Most other companies would have told me 'too bad', but the BYLT representative had no issue fixing the problem and giving me a new QR code for my exchange.
