I recently discovered BYLT and have since ordered several items. However, the proof of an effective retailer is found in their commitment to the customer. Sheila was fantastic in helping me work through a return situation. No hassle, very professional, and found a solution very quickly. My experiences as a customer have been top-notch. Thanks Sheila!

Their goods are nice and soft, but exchanges/returns take a while. The credit back to your account can take up to 30 days (ridiculous) and standard shipping is slow! When you email them about tracking their shipment, you receive a generic AI response. So not helpful.

Durable, high-quality products at a reasonable cost.

I ordered some items that were lost in shipping, and BYLT's customer service team member Shiela sorted the issue very quickly and got a new shipment to me within a couple of days to make up for the wait. Great product and great service

I rarely have any issues to bring up to BYLT's customer service, but I recently had a very small issue with a pair of pants. I ordered two identical pants of different colors, and for some reason one fit perfectly and the other was just too big. I went to their "return/exchange" page on their website and had a bit of difficulty doing what I wanted to. BYLT's Rudzani took his time and sent me more than one email helping me process an exchange, and I greatly appreciated his care. My experience with BYLT's customer service has been stellar. Thanks guys!

Aside from the top-notch quality of all of their products that has kept us coming back, I recently have been impressed with Bylts Customer Service and their prompt response to an issue I had with an order. I inadvertently put some wrong information on an order, and their customer service team was responsive and quick to help me and correct the issue. They went above and beyond what I would’ve expected them to do, and because of this, I will always be a loyal customer. Thank you Bylt for prioritizing great customer service!!

I ordered a tank top that dos not fit well. It’s a barrel style fit and not made for an athletic build. With shipping, it was $27.95. Returning the item after paying “fees”, I received a $15.95 refund. I just paid $12 to try on their shirt.

Stick with Amazon, where you can order and try things on for FREE. This place is a rip off and I warn others not to shop here.

I’ve been wearing BYLT for about 4 years now. The first pair of pants I’ve bought are still holding up great! The customer service is excellent as well! Anytime I’ve ordered a wrong size and needed an exchange/refund, it was quick and easy.

Krystel provided amazing customer service. I had a problem with my order and didn't want a bot—she emailed back in 10 minutes and fixed everything within 30 minutes of me placing the order. So impressed!

I wanted to leave a review not only to say that my sons-in-law love BYLT clothes but that with my order for the holidays I had an issue and customer service was excellent and resolved the issue promptly. Highly recommended not only their clothing but their customer service as well.

BYLT has provided me an entire wardrobe that suits me for who I am physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m a former television commercial actor/ print model and, if I may so say myself, have aged very well and the Coastal Overshirts combined with the Everyday Pants 2.0 give me a taste of yesterday. The clothes look fabulous on me and they’ve superseded my expectations as far as customer service goes!

This is the first time I’ve purchased anything from your company. Some of the items didn’t fit right, but Terry was very helpful with walking me through the process of exchanging.
