This was one of the best decision in my life to have enrolled into BAI course. The course covers in detail everything that is needed to start your journey as BA including mindset preparation to business establishment. The private facebook community is awesome too. There are countless resources provided with support from industry leaders to experienced BAs.

Multiple cross overs to real life experience made the learning journey enjoyable and relatable. Being able to learn at your own pace and review information multiple times was very beneficial.

Comprehensive resource in all aspects of business but also personal development. The BAI institute continue to support you after the course is finished by running weekly content which allows you to ask any questions you need to further develop your skills. I was also able to go back over the course a second time which I found invaluable. I would strongly recommend for anyone considering becoming a buyers advocate.

Such a straight forward way of learning, piece by piece it all comes together.
The community is so congruent and you can engage as much or as little as necessary depending on personal circumstances and calendar.

Thank you Ben and all at BAI! I wouldn't be a BA now if it weren't for the program and the incredible Mentor sessions at BAI. The course opened my eyes to the possibilities and gave me what I needed to create my business and the biggest aha moments for me came through the Mentors at the Kaizen Clinic and Sales Clinic. Being able to ask questions relevant to my newbie situation was invaluable. The online community are lovely and welcomming and it was great to have a monthly call where I could check-in if I was struggling, which I was. Confidence was a big issue for me (I nearly dropped out a few times), but staying connected in the FB group, being more consistent in my daily study and listening to the stories of success around me got me through. I'm so happy I completed the course and now I am up and running and buying 3 properties at the moment. This is a passion thing for me, I love my day job AND I have a side business which gives me satisfaction and joy. Life is good. Thank you Ben and all the Mentors!

Full of great information and written and presented very well.

Highly recommend this course for those who are interested in becoming a Buyers Agent. There is a lot of support along the way if you participate or ask for help. If you do not have a RE licence I recommend you confirm the laws in the state you live in as well as thoroughly research RTOs to study for your Certificate IV or full RE licence. The BAI community are very encouraging. I absolutely loved the course overall and my favourite clinic was the Kaizen clinic on Friday mornings

This course is FULL of information. It was easy to work through. The videos are presented in a way that is real, honest and engaging. The weekly clinics available during and ongoing are awesome. The course has been informative and given me confidence to begin my BA work with confidence. Support from the Facebook community is wonderful. The virtual library is full of great content and is full of great tips and info if you have time to listen but most people don’t. If it was possible to have impactful excerpts available in written form for easy reference, that would be helpful for BAs looking for a quicker bit of inspiration or new approach to a problem.
