Had a great experience at the BAI. The coaches are great, my mentor is great. The first unit is about how to get your mind in the right space, which was very helpful. Highly recommend this course. The information was very comprehensive and you have access to heaps of other materials.

The in-depth knowledge around setting up the foundations of a Buyers Agents business was exceptional. It was very informative, so much more information was given than I thought. Step by step processes from onboarding clients, to negotiations, to settling properties, to nurturing clients for years after they have purchased. I am very grateful for this experience and loved every minute.

Poorly developed systems, training, and support can't help interested and buyer's agent grow their careers in the industry.

This is a very comprehensive program learning what it takes and how to become a buyer’s agent…
Remember this course has to be in conjunction with getting a real estate license cert IV…

Great program to follow and the weekly webinars provide a wealth of information.

The course subjects were well thought out and presented and easy to understand. The additional weekly webinars provided a wealth of knowledge and the FaceBook group is awesome, so much support from the BAI community members, both beginners and the experienced BA's.

All instructional videos available for download to review again at a later date. All cheat sheets provided that just need to be edited to suit your own functionality. And more support than you can poke a stick at through emails and zoom seminars. Failure will be of one’s own doing

Let’s start at the beginning. My university lecturer studied at UNSW with Ben, he said to me that Ben was very entrepreneurial and would go places.

The overall experience was exciting and thought provocative. The accelerator program was very well prepared & the entire program has been a superb learning experience.

It has an awesome community group which you can interact with and ask questions, provide ideas and get tips from the seasoned professionals of the trade.
It is also confidence-boosting/inspiring to hear about everyone's achievements, what they are currently doing and what has been working well.

The program was exceptional. Easy to commence and followed a very clear and educational path. The information delivered within the program was very informative, the presenters incredibly knowledgable and covered in depth all aspects and key areas of being a proficient BA. Highly recommended it for someone starting out or for a BA wishing to obtain or up-skill their knowledge, from buyer engagement through to marketing. Well done BAI.

I ran into Ben’s course looking for a career change, even though having a stable good job in allied health I always had a passion for property. Bens course is very extensive and dives into everything from the fundamentals to the advanced principles that allowed him to build such a successful company in the property space in Australia. Adding onto the extensive course, there are multiple weekly webinar session to propel students forward, as well as webinars from highly influential people in the Australian property scene, Ben is always in the foreshadow and there to answer any questions something you almost never see with highly influential and successful Australian entrepreneurs.
