Beware if you are a small business or sole trader. I was cold-called by this broker from 7:00 AM I answered on the 3rd time thinking it must be URGENT as who does that at that hour !!! It was BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTRE trying to pressure me into an electricity contract with YGP before I was fully awake or understood what was happening. I qualify as an Ofgem microbusiness, this is predatory behavior and against the Law, shame on YGP for using these brokers

Customers need more clarification of the products instead of rushing them into buying. Thankyou

I have worked with this company for 2 years now and have always found them to be very supportive and helpful.

A clear understanding was given and helped me with the transfer process.

First review I left was flagged as they didn't like it obviously.

So won't mention staff names this time.

Forced us into a contract with YGP, told us that EDF were banned at the property.

Another member of their team called the next day asking us if we had our energy company sorted, explained to him and his exact words were "thats naughty she shouldn't have said that" as it's not true.

Have now switched away from YGP but having massive trouble with YGP being as incompetent as these.

If you want to be bullied into a contract and get multiple calls each day then go ahead but I would never use them again.
