All the way through any on the process of selling the property ,from advertising, receiving an offer, possible refusing an offer, to eventual sale and beyond , was dealt with swiftness, and honesty. Being able to get answers when other lines of dialogue are closed, as solicitors don't always keep you informed,or they "forget ". Long story short trust them they're on your side.

I worked with Business Sales Plus during my acquisition of a small ecommerce website. They (Steve Lee) were excellent in facilitating a deal that was right for both buyer and seller.Communication though out the process was very good

Have recently decided to look into selling my business and called Business sales plus for a quote. The guy who came to visit us was the owner of the franchised business and seemed very friendly when we first met. We were told that notgu g will happen until we pay the initial payment! We decided to go ahead with his offer and signed the contract but once signed we were checking out the contract and he quickly told us that it was all basic stuff and we've nothing to worry about and that even he doesn't understand the terms so we won't either. It was then that I started to feel a weird vibe then he lefted the premises. It wasn't until the next day that we decided that we will miss the business and told him that we didn't want to sell after all. Since then he's been calling the restaurant and even popping in during opening hours when our staff knew nothing about us thinking about selling. He now tells me that there is no cooling off period and that once you sign the contract then you are tied down with them for 2 whole years, if we had known that then we wouldn't have signed so we feel as though we have been mislead and conned into signing the contract. He is very unprofessional and I would suggest to stay away from this company!
