It it done online, it's very convenient, it's a quick process and it's always 100% guaranteed.
No wait time and no delays...you order and it's confirmed immediately.
The prices are higher than most bus company's but you get what you pay for.
I can get in touch with a live person if trip modifications are required...and they are always accommodating.

I was skeptical originally, about hiring a transport company totally online but my experience through Bus.com needs to be shared. The communication was top notch, with multiple touch points leading up to our scheduled day. I never felt "out of the loop" and my questions were always answered within 24 hours! They hire professional, reliable drivers and even have back up drivers in the event something should happen. Our champion of the day, arrived early to the hotel to pick up guests and was incredibly patient at the end of the night as everyone loaded back onto the bus to go home. I only wish I had known the bus driver would be sitting up in their bus all night, essentially at the ready, because I would have made sure they got a wedding meal! Thank you to everyone at Bus.com, from the reps leading up to our big day and of course the wonderful driver herself. You wont regret hiring them!

I booked with your company because I needed to leave the school early in the morning (other bus companies can only leave at 9 a.m.), at 8 a.m., since the drive was long. The bus driver was 20-25 minutes late Since there was very little traffic, we would have arrived at our destination earlier and had more time to spend there. Also on the way back, he took the wrong turn, which made us come back very late as we got stuck in the construction traffic around the tunnel. Otherwise, it was very easy to book with the company and it was easy to get information from them.

The bus came on time for our departure and the driver was kind. He gave us enough time during our breaks. Though he came a little late for our return, the experience overall was great and he was very understanding.

I just got to say that Justine who works here is one of the most accommodating people I have ever worked with. We had an extremely late date change on my part and she was able to work with me and figure everything out. I truly appreciated the great customer service provided.
