Johnny the bus driver. Did not know the route to destination. On return, highway 40 toward 417. The driver was going Toronto way!!!
The Air conditionning was not working properly in the buss on the return. It was very HOT.

Correspondence with bus.com is great. Our assigned agent was very helpful to my many questions. Bus was excellent, bus driver was awesome. This is our second trip using bus.com and there is no better way to rent a bus.

The bus driver, Gianny Espinal, was so nice and well-organized. She really made the experience great. I want to note a few areas for improvement as well. Each time I reached out about pricing, I would get a different number, and it would go up every day it got closer to the event. I think there should be some type of messaging in the first email indicating the dynamic pricing. Another issue was that our contact information was mixed up with another client at UPenn who booked a bus the same day. There should be checks in place to avoid confusion if there are two groups using Bus.com from the same organization. This caused a delay in us finding our bus and getting in contact with the driver. Overall the experience was positive but those pieces would make it better.

Good communication and prompt response to any requests either by email and phone calls.

Great service

The bus driver was on time and very friendly. Super easy going and worked with us to make the adventure wonderful for our youth. The only feedback I have is that it would be nice to get the drivers contact information ahead of time.

The bus arrived 20 minutes late. The driver changed the pickup point 350 meters at the very last moment. The delays arose from the fact that the driver was not familiar with the Montreal downtown area and made many wrong turns. Additionally, the bus had the check engine light on. Bus.com did not take accountability for the driver they subcontracted or the condition of the bus that was sent.

How does a driver not look up directions to the iconic Disneyland, instead hops on the wrong route and stays there long enough to cause students to get to their field trip hours later? They must have had a lot on their mind... Beware

We were charged additional fee on our trip. It was not our fault there was traffic and our bus driver stopped for a bathroom break at a place that only had one bathroom so it took longer than expected. We gave our bus driver $240 for the extra time and he took it as a tip . Their tip was already included in the bus fee. We paid to Bus.com additional money after this to settle the account
