Despite giving exact measurements and receiving written confirmation of requirements garden gate was too wide. They quickly forged a new locking mechanism which after some further modification on my part did the job. Good price, nice product, helpful staff. Do make sure they confirm your requirements after ordering.

very helpful during phone conversations about return of item. Great to speak to human who listens to the problem. Only downside as I am not a professional I found the advert was very confusing regarding sizing. But this was sorted by competent staff.

So helpful from start to finish. I ordered the wrong gate and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent them photos and they matched my gate. The quality of gate is brilliant. No hesitation in recommending this company.

The gate is warped!
All the bits were supplied to install the gates. The gate is warped, its straight on the hinged side but not on the latch side. The gaps on each side are excessive.

Excellent company
Excellent service -railings arrived promptly and very well packaged. Good value for money and when we needed a small modification the customer service team were very helpful and provided the extra brackets we needed. Definitely recommend them.
