The picture on line of the gate I bought showed a facing of tongue and grooved board. The reverse of the gate did not have the same facing. It was completely open showing the inside structure. I have had to buy some tongue and grooved board to make the reverse side the same as the front.

Would add the plastic protection is a pain to remove and some light scratches were under it!

Aluminium gate was good but certainly not lightweight.
Arrived very quickly but no notification that it was on the way so good job I happened to be in.
I have managed to mess up fitting the lock so emailed for help but no one replied.
The photo of the lock they show coming with the gate can be bought separately elsewhere but annoyingly the lock set that came with my gate is different.
My fault that the whole of the inside of the lock fell apart and even a master locksmith couldn't advise how to reassemble!
Been trying for days to repair but have given up so no choice but to buy another lock and hope it fits or that I can alter the predrilled holes for handle and euro lock.

The first email I sent on 20th May inquiring about a hinge cap which was replied to very promptly by James (?) which is why I was disappointed by the lack of response to my email sent 31st May at 16.43 and followed up 3rd June. Order number was #BIC-2502]
The name that comes with the email is probably KAT and not Kay.

Maybe the door handle could be made of stainless steel or something more resilient to scratching.

Great product, lovely quality and would give it 5 star if only there were some installation instructions. The ones on the Web are not adequate.

The choice of iron gates was many and varied and of different width to fit perfectly for the gap I had for a gate. The delivery was prompt and arrived well packed. Could not ask for more.

Despite giving exact measurements and receiving written confirmation of requirements garden gate was too wide. They quickly forged a new locking mechanism which after some further modification on my part did the job. Good price, nice product, helpful staff. Do make sure they confirm your requirements after ordering.
