⚠️ WARNING: Avoid Budget Travel UK (Moresand Ltd)

An appalling experience from start to finish. This agent re-issued my ticket without authorisation, dishonestly misrepresented the airline's refund policy, and refused to process a refund I am legally entitled to. Their conduct has been unethical, evasive, and deliberately misleading.

I have had to escalate to my bank and ABTA. Avoid at all costs.

Great customer support and amazing service by Jennifer Winget

Sid was very helpful. He has good communication skills and is quick to reply and answer all my questions. Thanks Sid for the everything.Keep up the good work

The incompetent agent lucas white never followed my instructions from the start booked me on an opposite flight that I had to cancel and took over £180 off me after booking the wrong flight i was offered £165.00 refund from the £380.00 I paid don't use this company folks I have to now go to the ABTA or ATOL to try and get a refund

A wonderful person very professional would love to come back , I wish him good luck with his career
Michael Adam thank you for your services

Shoutout to George at Budget Travel UK! With my flight to Zimbabwe originally cancelled due to the wars in the Middle East, George stepped in to help with the rebooking. I’m now all set to fly out this Saturday night. Even though I incurred some extra costs and a trip down to Heathrow, the overall experience was great and I’m so relieved to be back on track. Thanks, George!

Gave SID johnson a last minute call and he managed to arrange a flight for me. Had a lovely journey with no problems and or surprises.

I had a flight canceled but got good 👍 crisis management from Michael job well done now l have my ticket

This service was swift to address my concerns after having gone through two incidences of getting scammed when trying to buy an air flight ticket. In less the 4 minutes of my call was smiling holding positive and encouraging results of securing an air ticket for my journey that was going to be a first flight to Zimbabwe in 17 years of living abroad.

Sid was very helpful, very patient and I can happily say this was the best service ever!

Sid is amazing. We always book flights for me and my family. Always keeps us updated and so helpful. Keep up good work and extend good work globally. This is based on my last booking l made in April 2025
