Sid was so helpful during my flight booking and he made sure I got the best deal and he didn’t take time in reserving my seat.I will definitely recommend my Friends and family.

Booking process was easy and straightforward. Quick responses and updates.

Sid Johnson was very helpful. The service I received was satisfactory.

I dealt with Oliver Max at Budget Travel UK, I purchased a ticket from him as my wife had to fly urgently to SA as her Dad is not well. He is professional, the company is legitimate and operates under Moresand LTD, because it was urgent, I was able to pay a deposit now and the balance is due before the flight, excellent service. He was very attentive and extended patient and helpful, I would recommend you give him a call.

Reliant professional and responsive

Good experience

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend to anyone, got a really good price on a package when I asked about the package they went above and beyond to go through it all with me to put me at ease. Will definitely be using them again!

Absolutely terrible experience with this travel agency. I would never recommend them to anyone. DO NOT TRUST this agent ETHAN BLAKE

First, we were promised that we would be seated together on our flights, but that never happened. For something so basic, this was already unacceptable.

The worst part was our return flight from the Philippines to the UK. We arrived at the airport at 4am for our 8am flight, only to be told by airline staff that our flight had actually been cancelled a month earlier (April 17, 2026). Shockingly, our travel agent never informed us. In fact, just 3 days before our flight (May 9), they emailed us confirming that everything was scheduled with no changes. We trusted that information, only to be completely stranded at the airport.

We tried to get help from the airline, but they clearly told us this was the travel agency’s responsibility. We attempted to contact our agent, but got no response — likely because of time difference — leaving us stressed, helpless, and frustrated.

To make matters worse, I had a limited visa and risked penalties if we overstayed. We were in a very difficult and urgent situation.

By chance, we found the airline’s office ourselves (which airport staff didn’t even properly direct us to). After hours of waiting, we were finally rebooked — but only after another passenger complained. It felt like we were only helped because someone else made a scene.

Our replacement flight was far from ideal: long layovers (16 hours in China and 24 hours in Heathrow), but we had no choice but to accept it.

Later that day, our travel agent (Ethan Blake) finally responded, but instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the airline. When we asked for compensation or even basic help like accommodation for the long layovers, he completely ignored us.

This level of service is unacceptable. No accountability, no proper communication, and no support when customers need it most. Avoid this agency at all costs.

He is reliable, on point man, a quick responder and an all done man
