⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent service from Oliver at Budget Travel UK**
I would like to say a huge thank you to Oliver at Budget Travel UK for all his help in arranging my trip to Lithuania,

Oliver was absolutely brilliant. He spent a lot of time with me, listening carefully to what I wanted and going through different options to make sure I got the best flights and the best possible hotel location for my trip. He was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, and this was important to me as it is my first trip to Lithuania.

What really stood out to me was the amount of effort Oliver put into helping me. He genuinely wanted to find the right arrangements for me, rather than simply booking the first option available. His patience, knowledge and friendly manner made the whole process so much easier and gave me confidence that I was making the right choices.

It is a pleasure to deal with someone who takes such pride in looking after their customers.Oliver went above and beyond and I really appreciate everything he did for me

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Budget Travel UK and especially Oliver, to family and friends. If you are looking for someone who will take the time to understand what you need and genuinely try to get you the best options, I highly recommend speaking to Oliver.

Thank you again, Oliver — you were fantastic 🌟✈️🇱🇹**

Extremely disappointing experience with Budget Travel UK and the Travel Agent.

I am extremely disappointed with Budget Travel UK and particularly the travel agent who handled my 18-year-old daughter’s booking.

My daughter was due to travel internationally on 1 May 2026. She had a fully paid and confirmed booking.

The airline had actually cancelled the relevant flight approximately 20 days before we were informed by the travel agent. Budget Travel UK had been informed of the cancellation but failed to communicate this to us or make the necessary alternative arrangements.

We only became aware of the problem through, much closer to my daughter’s departure, creating unnecessary confusion, panic and uncertainty about whether she would be able to travel.

My daughter was 18 and already dealing with a recent diagnosis of anaemia, making the situation particularly difficult for her. The stress and uncertainty surrounding the journey had a significant impact on her mental and emotional wellbeing.

Because of the confusion surrounding the booking and the arrangements made by the travel agent while representing Budget Travel UK, my daughter’s baggage was left behind in South Africa. She travelled to the UK without essential belongings and was left to deal with the consequences.

We also incurred significant additional costs, including clothes, toiletries, medication, alternative travel arrangements, coach tickets in London and an airport lounge fee, among other expenses.

I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to Budget Travel l UK, clearly setting out what had happened and requesting answers and an appropriate resolution.

What is particularly unacceptable is that the formal complaint was completely ignored. Despite follow-ups, I was effectively ignored.

This is not simply a complaint about an airline cancellation. Airlines can cancel flights. The issue is that Budget Travel UK had advance notice, failed to communicate the cancellation, failed to make the necessary arrangements, and the resulting confusion caused serious practical, financial and emotional consequences for my daughter. Her baggage is still not forwarded, as Budget Travel UK and the travel agent refused to support her in any way.

I expected a professional travel agent to protect the interests of the customer, communicate important changes promptly and provide proper support when problems arise.

That did not happen.

I would not recommend Budget Travel UK based on our experience.

Sid is the no 1 to go to. He is always there when you need him. Always friendly, courteous and attentive. Have used him for a number of my trips and haven't been disappointed!

Derek robson

Best company i have ever worked with,, had worked with Sid for quite some time now ,, the service is so perfect. All the people I've referred are so happy,, keep up the good work,,thank you Trymore.

The company, made me happy by arranged my son flight and erased doubt if being scammed. I ask for their office and went dear treated like king. Kudos to them.

A company not in my opinion to trust if you pay a deposit there is no guarantee they don't find an excuse not to be honest and increase price so the deposit is lost i would never book with the company again there are plenty of good holiday firms

I highly recommend Budget travel UK, been using them for two years. George Wilson being my to go person. He is very professional, friendly and helpful throughout all my purchases of tickets. Never been disappointed.

Was happy with Joshua with his service make sure that l have got all and understand everything. Thank you once again for your patience Joshua
