Budget to Lanzerote from knock
The guy who booked my holiday was 100% helpful & was very thorough .. only downside was Ryan air changed flight times & only reason I booked it was the original flight times suited very annoying ☹️

Andrew whom I dealt with on the phone couldnt have sorted a better holiday to Newyork last year and hopefully we will have the same experience in Nashville with the hotel and proximity to amenities a true gentleman to deal with and he knows his stuff coudnt ask for better

Airlines will charge separately for seats, most only offer a limited amount of free seating for children per flight and any other passenger will have to pay for their seats. Seating for adults is therefore an optional extra paid to the airline, not included in the package total.

Lies and excuses
Booked a holiday with them in what looked like a beautiful new and clean apartment block only to realise the pictures and info were old and complete lies. The place was a dive. This was online i booked at around 7 or 8 on a Friday evening. Rang the very next day after booking to say I wanted to speak with someone to change or cancel was told ok. They'll call back. This was a Saturday so expected a call on the Monday. No call till the following Wednesday which I had then told them it was too late I wanted to cancel. They told me that's grand but there would be a cancellation fee. I said grand what is it 150 euro or so. No. 2700 odd euro. What an absolute scam. They told me it was because they'd already booked the flights. Bs. Ryanair flights. We're going to Salou. No way they cost that much. Decided we'd stick with it. No choice really. Wanted to change hotel. Kept sending us absolute dives. Finally got to book into one ive stayed in before but of course they had to charge us more to transfer it. A holiday that costs about 3500 with tui is costing us over 7000 euro. Scumbags. Roll on to today and I recieve an email from ryanair to say only 2 seats are allocated to us. 1 adult and our 8 year old. We've a 12 year old severely autistic child who ive informed budget travel about since the start. They never once mentioned about seating so its cost me another 240 euro to pick seats. I rang budget to be told its a ryan air thing even though ive never spoke with ryanair ive spent 1000s with budget travel. Useless shower of scumbags. Budget my hole. Ill never use them again and I'll not be leaving it at this. Robbery and conned us. Steer clear. Use old pictures and reviews and dont even have reps or anything when you arrive.

You booked your holiday on Friday 23rd of May at 22:15. The following day you called about changing hotel and on the Monday morning at 10:37 we contacted you and you advised you wanted to cancel your holiday. We informed you that as you had opted for a payment plan you were liable for flight cost and cancellation fees which you were informed of when making your booking. You then decided to change your hotel and the team here responded efficiently to your request sending you options within your budget. You received your flight confirmation at the time of booking and detailed on this was seat allocation for two members of your party. Had it been brought to our attention that your son was autistic we would have allocated seats immediatley but we were not informed of this until Saturday the 2nd of August.
We regret to read your review however we disagree with your comments as the team here have only ever tried to help you.

So we changed hotel payed threw the noise for it

Fast forward too doing check in , only too see we wherent sitting anywhere near each other ..
The expected my 12 year old special needs son
Sit alone , said as he was 12 he was classes as an adult therefor could sit alone .
He is highly autistic and wouldn’t be able too sit alone..
the wouldn’t listen , we explain we had payed already for our seats with them .

We regret to read your review and are disappointed at your comments as from the notes in your booking the team here did their utmost to assist you when you wanted to change your holiday. You booked a holiday on a payment plan and it is clearly outlined to you when making your online booking that if you cancel your booking, it will be subject to the cost of the flights and cancellation fees. Once your holiday was booked you received your flight confirmation which detailed your seating allocation and at that point the seating allocation was for the 8 year old and 1 adult as a child under 12 cannot sit alone. We were never informed at any point that your 12 year old had autism and had we been made aware when your booking was made we would have done all possible to ensure your seats were assigned together. Please note that you did not pay for seats for any of your party so you have not paid twice.
