We dealt with a lovely girl named Hanna to book out holiday to Tenerife. She was really helpful.
However....the transfer company Budget Travel use are a bloody joke.
A2B should be ashamed of themselves.
We were left stranded at the airport and had to get a bus and a taxi.
We reported this to Budget Travel and A2B won't give us a refund.
As we paid Budget Travel for a service, they should be responsible and sort it out.
Needless to say, we won't use them again.

We are sorry to hear of your experience with our transfer company and regret any inconvienence caused. We have investigated this issue for you and the information on where to meet your driver was stated on your voucher and he was waiting for you at the meeting point. Unfortunatley for this reason we cannot refund you as we were able to provide the service that was booked.

Andrew at Budget travel - fantastic
I want to extend my sincere thanks to Andrew Buckley for his incredible support in arranging my holiday. Unfortunately, there was a booking issue and we were double-booked, which caused a great deal of distress—especially as I was traveling with my son, who has autism. At check-in, I was told the fault lay with the travel agent, and I was understandably very upset.
Andrew remained calm and composed throughout, even while speaking to both me and Icelandair at the same time. He did everything he could to try and get us on a flight that day. Although we did lose a day of our trip, we eventually managed to have a wonderful holiday.
Andrew followed up with me afterward and sent links to help me file a formal complaint with the airline, which led to compensation. I feel quite guilty about how I reacted during the stressful situation, but Andrew handled it with professionalism, empathy, and grace. He was incredibly apologetic and supportive throughout the ordeal.
Thank you, Andrew, for everything you did. Your kindness and dedication made a difficult experience much more bearable.
