Customer service is 10/10!!
My order had been shipped and seems to be lost by the courier. I sent an initial live chat message that it was yet to arrive and instantly they had apologised (even though it wasn’t their fault) and have organised a replacement order!

This set (tasi set) is shein quality if not worse. The cheapest material absolute false advertisement. It is full of loose threads and they didn't even bother to try and steam it to get the creases out. Awful. Dave is also now sending me passive aggressive emails great customer service!

I was really excited to get the tai set- apologies if I got name wrong. Was a chocolate set that had one shoulder top and loose wide leg pants . Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the material which is thin and see through and the soaring def runs small. The fit of the outfit isn’t like it’s displayed at all. For $135 I was pretty disappointed overall. I also paid extra for quick postage - same day and it took over a week to arrive. To be fair I’m unsure how much of that was Aus post or the company. Unfortunately it has put me off spending that money or shopping there again as quality isn’t what you’d hope for the price.

Initially, I posted a review sharing my recent negative experience purchasing from Bronze Snake. Within an hour of posting my review I received a reply from Dave (customer service rep).

Not only did he rectify the situation but his actions far exceeded any expectations I had of a positive outcome. The hallmark of a great business is one that prioritises customer satisfaction. Thank you again Dave for turning a negative customer experience into a positive one. I look forward to purchasing from Bronze Snake again in the future.

Package was lost in mail and the customer service rep helped me out in a lovely and timely manner. Amazing service and would definitely buy from again.

Such bad service, refused a refund due to sale item and then put a minimum spend on gift card so that I had to spend an extra $50 to buy anything? Expired the gift card within a couple months too and then completely ignore Emails. Delete my comments from there Instagram too asking for a reply. Their reply below is the biggest lie, way to make your service worse lol. I literally have one screenshot that could prove you’re lying right now. I’ve already Emailed and been sent a new one with a 3 year expiry but this still looks bad on you.

My first ever order and I'm so impressed! Order placed just before cut-off for shipping that day (2 minutes) - Shipping email received 20 minutes later. I then realised I forgot to use my discount code so I sent a quick email - 10 minutes later and I receive an email and refund notification! Thank you so much Bronze Snake, if only all online shops could be as efficient as you 🫶🏻

I have bought 4 colors now of the Raglan Crop Box Tank
And I love it!

It cuts right where it supposed to on the waist and it just enough boxy to make it real cool!

All I need is more colors or color combinations - maybe a a sweatshirt material would be cool - and I’ll be there to buy those too!

Also .. the delivery is swift and the customer service is stellar as well

And no sorry I’m not a cousin of the owners lol I just like the product!

Excellent customer service! They helped me instantly through their texting service when I needed to upgrade my order from standard to express shipping. The whole process was super easy and straightforward!

They charge around $15 to make a return. Watch out for that.
