Love this company. Great clothes and when I had an issue with a missing order, they took care of everything and replaced all my items with no hassle.

One of my favourite brands. Customer service was excellent the only time I had a minor issue with an order. Will be ordering again for sure 😀

I haven't received my product yet, but given the customer service I have no doubt I will and that it will be good quality! I'm Canadian and was unable to cancel (due to timezones) my order myself after I goofed up the order and also didn't apply my welcome discount. Bronze Snake responded to my concerns in a timely manner and cancelled my first order while shipping the second. Very grateful and looking forward to the mail!😊

Huge fan of Bronze Snake! Quality and sizing has sometimes been a little off but returns or exchanges have been made so easy. I ordered a dress last minute for an event that weekend and they were kind enough to expedite the shipping with a fast courier service. Can’t fault them

I have always had an amazing experience shopping with bronze snake. There have been times where sizing has been off and i’ve needed to exchange or return, or unfortunately an item was ripped, however no matter what happens they have the BEST customer care and service, they are so helpful, prompt and efficient, whether it’s a return, exchange or even just a query. It is so easy! I keep shopping at Bronze Snake because of this. I love the company and the customer care, and wanted to give a specific shout out to Pat who has been so empathic, proactive and accommodating and helping with multiple enquires I have had over the time I have shopped with them. I hate writing reviews but I feel Bronze Snake deserve to have one!

Easy online order arrived promptly live tge dress

I recently made a purchase online and thought I’d click and collect not realising this wasn’t available at the Glenelg store. I emailed as soon as I realised and received a reply almost immediately and was told they would forward to that store for me. I was very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend ☺️

Received my items that were quite unfortunately as though they were from a $2 reject store. The 2 “ viral “ sets looked faded and had random almost bleached marks all over them. The buttons had loose threads hanging out. The denim shorts I ordered the zip barely goes up and down it’s super stiff and impossible and there’s loose threads everywhere some 15cm long hanging off. I wrote to the bronze snake, they responded to lodge a return request online - annoying because I didn’t cause this admin issue , but fine. I proceed to fill this out to be told I can only have a store credit AND I have to pay $9.99 per item to return?
I am not the person that posted out not 1 but 3 faulty items and am being forced to purchase from here again with a store credit AND pay for postage of their faulty belongings back. Will be proceeding through ACCC unfortunately. Not usually a person to write reviews but this is appalling for $280 ( from memory ) worth of clothes.

These guys are seriously the best company to deal with....reliable, exceptional customer service & nothing is ever a problem. If I could do all my shopping here I would!!! Keep it up guys :)

Very fast delivery BUT the shoes that I paid over $100 for I wore and walked in them for 15mins and they ripped the skin off the top of my feet now I’m spending the rest of the holidays with extremely painful sores over my feet. It’s embarrassing I have to cover them with Band-Aid’s and I can’t lean on my feet

They were quick in packing my order, however the shipping took 2-3 weeks (issue on the courier - not Bronze Snake). But they were so lovely in following up and reassuring me :) The Darling Shirt and the Bridgette Shirt are perfect!

Love the T-Shirt designs ('By Frankie') they are great. Lightweight, cool, and perfect with shorts, jeans and pants.

Shocking customer service!

I ordered a dress and the tracking info was incorrect when I contacted them they said I could have a refund and to let them know if the dress showed up. Not the first response I thought to receive so I thought they made a mistake and never actually sent the item. I then get a message a week later from aus post saying my parcel is on the way to Victoria (back to there shop) . I contacted them again - which they said they had recalled the package. I still wanted the dress so asked if they could send it back to me and I’ll pay (like originally intended). They said they would contact me once it returned to the store to repurchase. I sent another text after auspost said it was delivered and they have since sold it and I am no longer able to repurchase.

Communication is terrible and they went back on there word multiple times. I would not recommend shopping here as I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with shipping/receiving there items.

UPDATE: within hours dave the owner has been in touch with me and resolved the whole situation - this follow up was very quick and professional.
