I contacted the technical support team at Brompton regarding an issue with the rear light on my Brompton G Line, as the plastic support that holds the light had broken.
I would like to highlight how excellent their customer service was. They responded quickly, were very attentive, and handled the situation with great professionalism. What I appreciated the most is that they provided a replacement part free of charge, without any complications or unnecessary processes.
It’s not just about fixing an issue, but about how a company stands behind its products and customers. In this case, Brompton exceeded my expectations.

The grips are excellent. But the parcel journey was unnecessary. Brompton should use a parcel service that just crosses London.

New chain arrived as ordered but turned out to be thw wrong size so kept it for my secondary Brompton that has a different rear cog (3 gear model).

J’ai opté pour une location de 6 mois afin de tester un brompton avant de décider d’en acheter un.
Le bémol bien que annoncé lors de la finalisation de location, j’ai tout de même attendu 13 jours avant de recevoir mon vélo, le contrat étant déjà démarré mais sans vélo…Alors que la logique voudrait que le contrat démarre à la réception du vélo ?
A l’inverse, l’équipe du service assistance est très pro, il m’a été proposé un geste commercial (50% sur le 1er versement ) merci pour cela mais a nouveau date de démarrage du contrat a réception du vélo serait un vrai avantage

Pleased with the weight of the bike. I was worried it might be too heavy to carry but it's manageable. Struggling a bit with folding and unfolding the bike but getting used to it. It doesn't come with instructions so had to find the relevant videos on the internet. There's a little silver plate that's come off and hope in time that I can find where it's meant to go. Wish I'd known it came with a bell. I ordered one thinking it didn't come with one. I'm looking forward to using this in the months ahead.

I've got a Brompton from the Cycle to Work scheme from my workplace, I wondered if it'd be a hassle, but i was a very easy experience!

I ordered my first Brompton. It is an A-Line. There are cheaper bikes to buy but not better ones. Very fast delivery.

Bicycle itself is great, has been for 50+ years. Website however is terrible, with an online shopping experience one would rather avoid whenever possible. Unfortunately, the site‘s content managers sometimes even have the wrong images shown for bicycles, leading to receiving something other than what was ordered. Leaves you with the impression that the right hand does not know what the left is doing over there. Given that Brompton sells something like the A-Line exclusively through direct sales, and all of their other products through the online shop as well, that does not fit together at all. Support was able to resolve the matter quickly though, so props to the team on that end.

Brilliant service from Brompton. Incorrect product exchanged without question. Free return and prompt delivery of replacement. The design of their products is consistently brilliant as is the quality.

Service was fine. I knocked off two stars because the carbon seatpost is excessively overpriced and you don’t ship to Alaska. I had to pick up my package by having it shipped to my hotel in California via FedEx. Meanwhile, FedEx jets fly over my house every day because Anchorage is a major hub for them. It’s lame that you won’t ship to me. You also charged me a sales tax that I never pay with other companies, because Alaska has no sales tax. I guess it was a California tax.

I know there aren’t many of us in Alaska but you need to take better care of us. I just bought TWO new T-Lines and got shafted ordering the seatpost I need to make mine fit correctly.

Folding this bicycle is effortless, and it feels exceptionally sturdy. The support and service you provided were truly appreciated. I will happily sing the praises of your brand to friends and family. Thank you so much for all your help!

The representative I dealt with was timely with her communication throughout the process. She handled my issue ensuring that I was happy with the outcome.

Almost everything was done perfectly. The whole experience was quick and done smoothly. I would just bear in mind with regards to the collection that the closest date for pickup was 8 days away so plan ahead with the booking. My only complaint and therefore the loss of 1 star is the left side gear change for the derailleur is not shifting properly now and I’ve been playing around with it since its return trying to get it right and it’s a little frustrating (maybe a little because I’m not very good with adjusting gears anyway) but I’d hoped it would have perfect shifting gears on return and I’ve never had any shifting issues before sending. Everything else working great and bike feels new to ride again apart from gear change

I would like to share my positive experience with my recent purchase of a C Line 12-speed black Brompton.

As this is my first Brompton and an experimental bike for my 13-year-old daughter to transition from her smaller mountain bike, I had several technical questions. I spoke with an agent over the phone prior to my purchase and they were incredibly helpful in providing the information I needed.

The online checkout process was very easy and the delivery was quick.
