Brakes work good the only thing I would recommend is to do away with the costumer having to sign for the package, it’s very annoying. It took three delivery attempts before fed ex final got us.

Delivered as expected. It would have been nice to have a (very small) instruction leaflet with the rear dynamo light (took me a few tries to get it right).

I never received the bicycle
I never received the bicycle. The package required a signature. FedEx tried to deliver 2 times to my house. On third time I was standing on my driveway and they never got out of their vehicle took a picture of the box in their vehicle and said customer not home. This bicycle isn’t worth the delivery headache

I recently bought a Brompton g line electric and I have been really impressed with the whole process. The website is very clear and the turnaround time was really quick. The bike itself self is brilliant. It rides really well and the electric assist is seamless. What a fantastic British company!

Brompton support and back-up
Having owned my Brompton electric for 3 years now, I'm still as happy today with it as on the very first day it arrived. The build quality, performance and handling are just what you would come to expect from Brompton.
Recently i had to contact the customer service center at Brompton for some general advice. They came straight back with a reply within no time at all and were extremely helpful and polite. I could tell that i was dealing with people who know their products very well and value their customers.
If anyone is thinking about buying a Brompton and is perhaps in two minds. I can assure you that i have had nothing but such good experience when dealing with them. The quality of their products and the support and back-up are all first class.
There may be others with a different view. But from what i have experienced in my time as a Brompton owner, i will definitely be a lifelong customer.

After 360 km on very different road…
After 360 km on very different road conditions I am convinced that the bicycle itself fulfils all my expectations. I only experienced few issues with original Brompton accessories caused obviously by some differences between g line and electric g line bicycles requiring some space for electric controls. For example a original Brompton bike pump cannot be fitted as described in the manual, or the screws to fix the back wheel axle requires other wrenches than provided by Brompton in their tool box offered on the web site (19 mm instead of standard 13 mm) certainly for good reasons. Some more specific information on the web site would be helpful.
10 weeks for delivery is quite long.

Great customer service
I lost a washer on my Brompton while cleaning it. I contacted Brompton support, Igor specifically, who was incredibly helpful. He asked for my address and sent out a new washer, no questions asked. I was very impressed with how promptly it was resolved and without any additional cost!
