Been using the service since its inception... The system is efficient (and cheap), and problems are few and far between. With outage information rapidly made available.If you're looking for a massive organisation, with a 24 hour support helpline, run from a call centre in Mumbai, this may not be the site for you. Having said that I have forwarded messages to them at ungodly hours on a Sunday night, hoping and expecting a response,on Monday, and have been astonished to get a near instant response, leaving me staring at the screen asking, "don't these guys ever sleep?".

From a practical point of view... The TV service is very cheap, the picture and sound quality is excellent. The support forums very useful, there seem to be always friendly users around to help out.

Pricing system is also pretty good, from low cost versions for people wanting low def./bandwidth services for occasional use on a small mobile phone screen, to HDTV on multiple screens.

I have been with britishtvclub from the start. I have lots of ways to stream in the USA but this is the best site to get british tv programs . You see The same as if you were in UK.
If there is a problem it is taken care of very quickly.
If you like british tv programmes this is the best site to go to.

The British TV Club team make sure to communicate with the membership and let us know when something may cause a concern, such as local power outages or comms line issues. This allows us to really know what is going on. The quality of the viewing experience is stellar and the variety of options also great! Could not be happier with the selection, quality, and support!

I have been a member since 2018, had some issues in the beginning only to discover it was my provider. Here in Guatemala, I was using the main telecom provider only to discover they had routing issues and still do, not good for streaming from the small guys, however a few years ago I changed my provider and was able to upgrade to GOLD membership and enjoy HD channels. In a perfect world computers would not need to be restarted, power cuts would not happen, storms would not effect signal, reality aside, I have never had issues worth complaining about in a review and would highly recommend this service as there is nothing to be found that compares to British Television

I only have this Tv service as a back up. I mainly watch Netflix and Bulgarian sat TV.

There are times that I want to watch English TV, Football and the occasional show, talent shows and things like that.

A few years ago I wanted to watch the Eurovision song contest, Bulgaria were not showing it so I went to British TV club only to find my membership had expired so I renewed, sadly the new membership did not restart in time for me to watch, but lucky for me it was on youtube.

I contacted service and they were able to sort the problem out very quickly and even gave me 2 months free, which I was surprised with as I did not expect immediate resumption of service.

The cost of this service is very small when you consider that you can basically watch TV on many different platforms as long as an internet connection is available.

I would not hesitate to recommend British TV club to friends

I am British living in Turkey for 15 years, I joined British TV Club probably around 5 years ago, can't remember exactly, always happy with their service, they always keep you informed if they know of any problems, such as thunderstorms affecting the server etc, never had a problem and I get to watch my UK tv for a very reasonable price

I have been using BritishTV Club for probably about 3 years now and would be lost without it. An annual subscription is not much to access English TV, essential for me and my family when living abroad.
Can't recommend then enough.

I appreciate the level of service, always trying to give the best solution, and working around things when they don't work.

I have been a member right from the very start. Superb service at a terrific cost. Bronze, Silver & Gold plans available to meet any budget. Support staff are always responsive and courteous on the very rare occasions things go wrong. They take great pride in not only meeting but exceeding members expectations – which is sadly such a rare thing these days. Communication is excellent and members are kept fully up to date on any developments. A 5 star rating feels like I am undervaluing them - if I could give 10 stars I would.

I have been a customer since the inception of the company and have zero complaints about the services provided. I have found the admin and support departments to be helpful, ensuring that all members are notified of any issues and even apologise for disruptions that are not their fault (such as a major storm taking down the power). I've recommended British TV Club to many people over the years and all have been totally satisfied with the service provided. Very reasonably priced for what is offered, worth every last penny (or cent).

I moved to France in 2020, and have used the British TV Club service nearly every day since then.
It allows me to keep in touch with UK TV news and current affairs programmes, films and TV series, almost as much as I could before I moved abroad.
The price charged for a year works out at less than £1 per week, which is very reasonable.
The service the Club provides for British television is comparable to that given by the BBC Sounds app for the whole range of BBC radio programmes.

Sitting here in my flat in Saint Petersburg, surrounded by many cm of snow, it's great to be able to watch some of the UK programmes that I enjoy. Just watched Andrew Marr..later on I'll watch Bloodlands.
BritishTV.Club offers tremendous content of many, many channels...I've even got into NCIS...most enjoyable.

I have been a member of BTV since inception.

I have never had any issues and while sometimes infrastructure issues do arise, they are upfront about what is going on and keeping us informed. BTV allows me to keep watching great telly where otherwise I would not be able to. The quality and selection available is excellent and I am grateful for the service.

I have to note that the BTV team is reasonable with billing and when issues do arise are happy to provide refunds when deemed appropriate. The membership is never left holding the bag.

Yes, excellent service. I have been a member for a few years. I watch from Indonesia every day and almost never have a problem. Great work!!

So far an excellent service, I have had it for just over a year and only once did I have a problem which was resolved. Watch it everyday

Excellent. I've been paying just under 18 euros a year (or is it pounds?) for the bronze service. There has scarcely been a problem in all that time. I can't remember the last time there was a hitch. I can watch whenever I want and the service is great. I think you can't beat the price. I can't recommend britishtv.club enough.

I joined this outfit way back in 2017. It has since evolved and grown into something much bigger than was ever thought of back then. I pay £30 a year for Silver Membership. Suits us just fine. A huge range of channels covering most of what we want to watch, I am prompted to review them because there is a current notice about faults. As with everything - sometimes the channels buffer or freeze. Sometimes we lose it for a few minutes. Seriously - these people try so hard and 99% of the time provide a great service. When it does fail - they are quick to work out what it is and get it put right. Weigh up what these people provide against the charge and it is amazing. We have been customers for 4 years and have recommended / helped some friends join too.

I would like confirm the 5 star rating for British TV Club. Like Angela I experienced the login block. I saw her review (which I found when I googled to look for a reason) so realised I was not alone, but then waited because my many years experience as a British TV Club Member is that technical issues get sorted and explanations are provided if one is just a little patient. The guys who run this provide an otustanding private members service that is, storms and earthquakes etc permitting, very stable, and very good value for money. I am very appreciative that the service exists. Thank you.

The British TV Cub have responded promptly to my review, confiming my issue was caused by a temporary webserver fault which they have resolved. I have just tried logging back into my account and the link and passwork are working fine again, so I am happy to revise my rating back to 5 star as I really love this website and watch it all the time, particularly my favourite Talking Pictures channel.
