Relief
A very friendly happy assistant on the phone and was happy to let me rabbit on about family and dog Explained all the ins and out of the insurance She took her time over all the details and what was included in the policy Overall made me feel relaxed and happy about the outcome I would recommend her for promotion but that might mean never hearing her happy voice again
