Cheryl was polite and nice without being false. She was human and very approachable. A total credit to your company. I hate talking on the phone due to anxieties and she made me feel safe and as if I was talking with a friend, one who had the best life insurance info without it being pushy at all. Thank you Cheryl

The lady / girl … J….e was absolutely brilliant, friendly and asked all the right questions to come to the most suitable cover.
Explained everything and answered all my queries. Informed me when the recording was on or off so that no critical details were recorded by mistake. My wife already has a policy and she too is happy, liked the increment of yearly adjustment due to inflation.
Highly recommend them.

The person on the phone was friendly. And informative. He asked what policy amount I felt I needed and didn't try to over sell me a policy.when he read out the policy details he spoke clearly and precisely and at a comfortable pace that was easy to follow
