This was my first time with this company.
I had an issue with my online order, as it was delivered to the wrong address according to Royal Mail tracking.
The company's customer service team resolved it by sending a replacement item. The new item arrived promptly.
Thank you to the team for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend their products and services and will be a returning customer in the future

Hi Diana, It's great to hear that we could resolve this issue for you. It's rare that we have problems with Royal Mail, but our packages are fully insured so we're always happy to send out a replacement for lost items where possible. I hope you're enjoying your coin! Best wishes, Kim @ BCC.

Excellent items, A* service.
I've been to Britannia Coin Company on a few occasions. On each occasion the team are polite informative helpful and friendly. They have a huge back catalogue easily available for purchase on request, if not in store contact them and they can get it to the store for your collection or online purchase via mail. Their antique and coin shop is a beautiful display of history as once " the old bank " in Royal Wootton Bassett. I would return happily for future purchases and anyone who is a collector should look here for amazing finds. Thank you for all your care and help in purchases Britannia Coin Company. See you again soon. Mr David Bailey O.C

Good place to get your Collectable coins
Found this Coin company via Youtube and thought i would risk trying them out buying a number of gold and silver coins from them.
No issues with either the finding of the coins I wanted or the buying and despatch of them coins.
UK wise if you purchase early enough they are shipped same day via Royal Mail and you get them the next day (monday to friday shipping)
Prices are good and i will continue to use this company, well pleased with them.
