We are sorry to hear that your daughter was unhappy with her experience.

At the time the course was discontinued, the office had not been made aware of any concerns regarding the instructor or the lessons being delivered. We only became aware of these allegations after the course had been stopped and the formal complaint was received.

The instructor involved is highly experienced and has worked with many pupils over a number of years. Based on the information currently available to us, we do not believe there was any intention to act unprofessionally. However, we take all complaints seriously and are carrying out a full review of the circumstances, including speaking with all parties involved.

As this matter is currently under investigation, it would not be appropriate for us to comment further on the specific allegations in a public forum. We will contact you directly once our review has been completed.

We completely understand how stressful it must have felt not having a confirmed timetable until close to the start date, particularly when beginning an intensive course can already feel quite daunting. Although we are pleased we were able to step in and ensure Alan got everything organised and delivered successfully, we absolutely recognise that the lead-up experience should have been smoother and more reassuring for you.

Over the last year we have been making significant improvements to our systems, instructor allocation processes and customer communication procedures specifically to reduce situations like this.
