Terrible. Stopped at bus station. Smoked a sig.. I thoight I put the butt away in pocket but fell out. Was haunted by silly private officer eo410 who hangs around creeping on people. . Who threatened me calling cops and I wont get on any bus if I didnt comply. I said I can go get the butt as there are thousands on the floor. He said doesnt matter. Gave ticket...100£ welcome to the UK.. cant content online...need to send a letter! Hahahhaha how messed up. Bristol sort this out... pathetic. Wont ever visit Bristol again.

I have been with BCC for 20 years and now I’m getting Fraudulent Documents brought to me by Jade Morris housing officer, who has obviously found my contact signed under duress and came for a visit and gave me page 16 of A spurious contact which isn’t written in my name? And it’s not even my Date of birth?

I was born in 1971! They have 1962 on the contract?????
If that is Not Fraudulent then I don’t know what is?

Where is the Other 15 pages, you can’t even see where the So Called pages I filed out any paperclip marks where they tore it off even?

This Council has been involved with fraudulent documents with the Bristol Civil court, for fraudulent documents so that the social services could take a child from someone?’

Have a look at A vs B 2012 case law, they have NO idea that I have been involved with law for years I’ve done over 20,0000 hours of reading law, Not Legal!

I’m sick of this woman threatening me and NOW she’s bringing me a Blank introductory tenancy?
I signed a Two page Probation period in front of a witness and showed them.

Which Contract in Court are they relying upon?

The Blank Introductory tenancy or the last page of16 when the writing and signature is Not My Writing?

They found the original contract and shredded it probably But as I know the LAW. I Will see Both of them In Court very soon.

The housing officers have all truly been the WORST
Iv had 5, FIVE , all 5 together couldnt turn a tap on between them.

The most recent 1 hasn't a clue how too respond too emails 🥱 waited since October 2025 for help wiv getting a washing machine. Ended up buying my own last month [September 2026]

Requested approval too home swapper account I made [was told a couple times by housing officer too do so , so I did] i made it August, still waiting for it too b accepted.

My suggestion too everyone who has an issue , open a complaint wiv ombudsman/courts , n claim as much compo as you are entitled too 🙌🏻💪🏻 im about too open a court case against them 😁 i whooped them HARD the first time in court 💪🏻😂 well they tried too protect a filthy disgusting wrong un , ima whoop they behinds again n get that well deserved compensation from them 😁 do not let them get away wiv it folks 🤝🏼 make them PAY

Appalling fact that people who work FOR BCC Cannot read or research before they cause HARRASSMENT! They have a section on "Harassment"(not worth looking at!) BUT they dont think of the HARASSMENT FROM THEMSELVES. So let mw iterate. I was in BB ON 14106/26 I DID forget to pay that silly tax. But when they wrote to me I paid it. And NO IT'S NOT MY DUTY OR OBLIGATION TO SHOW YOU A PICTURE OF MY bank account. But If you harass me with one other reminder that I should pay you the Bristol Clean AIR ZONE I WILL start to CHARGE you the same amount. I'm not obligated to do yur job so do it and send me a letter of apology.

Unfortunately, I had to visit friends in Chew Stoke. I used the Google map for directions and was sent on the outskirts of Bristol. Now I have received a letter charging me £129 for driving my car in the " clean air area" What an absolute joke but no big surprise for the scum running this area, as all they want is everyone's money clearly. Also the state of the working class folks in this area was incredibly worrying.
Absolutely disgusting place. No doubt run by absolute filth!!!!

Charge you for new bins despite the fact they are broken is the fault of the bin men chucking them around and then don't deliver a replacement. Our food waste bin is broken so wreaks, especially in the heat and despite paying for a replacement weeks ago no sign of a replacement. This is a total breach of contract where you pay for something and never receive the product. There is no helpdesk or way to chase. I pay thousands in council tax which they arbitrarily increase year on year and yet a simple task like this isn't being delivered.

Really not very competent and secretive

Utterly incompetent and totally uninterested in being accountable. Report a missed collection by 5pm. I live in a block of flats. I work late. How do I know when the communal area was missed for the third week running until too late to report. A Green Council who can't collect recycling is a pathetic sick joke.

I am extremely disappointed with Bristol City Council's bin collection service. For the past 2–3 weeks, neither our recycling bins nor our 180-litre black bin have been collected. We pay around £250 in council tax every month, yet we are not receiving the basic services we are paying for.
This is not the first time this has happened. Missed collections are becoming a regular issue, and the bins are left overflowing. I also tried calling the council to report the problem, but I couldn't get through.
Residents deserve a reliable waste collection service. Please address this issue and improve the bin collection service.

Bristol city council care line service. Absolutely should be called NO Care available, but happy to charge you.
Broken Care line system, repeated reporting, bed bound family member isnt a priority. Trying to call the tech team directly as advised on hold for 20 mins got cut off. Now on hold for over 20 mins and i know at 5pm they will cut me off. Spend your money on a company that cares.....
Also to get bins collected via bristol city council tell you yes, logged on system as to collect and return.....do they? Noooo

I am terminally ill and have had to rely on housing benefit from Bristol city Council. Earlier this year i received my yearly rent and service charge increase. I emailed the screenshots of the relevant paperwork straight away. I didn't hear anything from them and then a couple of days ago i received a text from my landlord telling me that my rent is in arrears and can I contact them
I just rang Bristol city council housing benefit as its obvious the problem is with them as this nonsense happens every year. I spoke with an individual that i think the council should instantly dismiss.. this individual was very unhelpful and downright hostile. I explained to her that I am terminally ill with lung cancer and that i struggle for breath and that i need this conversation to be as short as possible and with as little stress as possible. She then went onto to ask every security questions as she could possibly ask and then she didn't listen and i had to repeat myself continuously. I also explained that because of my condition/ conditions that I have a problem with cognitive impairments, she then ignorantly went on to bamboozle me with figures. I then asked informed her at least half a dozen times to stop throwing numbers at me as she is causing me distress, she ignored me. I had to assert myself and raise my voice a bit to get her attention and told her that all I want to know is whether housing benefit have paid the full rent to my landlord. Then she said that their is a problem as the screenshots that i sent them with the proof from my landlord allegedly haven't been able to be read. I asked her why housing benefit didn't think it appropriate and very important to inform me so that i could put it right. I have previously spoken to a manager in housing benefit regarding this reoccurring problem with the housing benefit department in Bristol city Council. So i asked if I could speak with a supervisor or manager. She told me on numerous occasions that the manager will inform me the same as she had, I had to tell her that either myself or her have the gift of psychic abilities so let's see what they say. Again on numerous occasions she told me this and then I asked her what the complaint procedure is, I got absolutely blocked. I then realised that i was starting to feel very unwell and told her that this telephone call needs to end now. She even tried to stop me ending the call, once again I had to assert myself and informed her that I am ending this call, I then ended the call but not before i told her that I thought that she is a disgusting human being, without an ounce of compensation or empathy in her body. It seems that Bristol council housing benefit are broken the same as the whole organisation. Disgusting. I am now left without any rent being paid which is not ideal as my landlord will now start causing me distress by chasing me for money. This whole problem is caused by Bristol city housing benefit department.

BCC are absolutely useless. I have reported a repair online on April 24th & am still waiting to see or even hear from Open View, whom need to come out & fix my broken door system.

I heeded to order new recycle bins and found I had to pay £2.50 each bin. Seeing as the so called bin me throw our boxes down and break them. Why should I have to pay.

Roadworks everywhere with diversion that takes cars through bus lane , must be making a fortune from unfortunate drivers stuck in these diversions . £35 for following there signs last time I bother with bristol city centre.

Do yourself a favour and look up “Richard Vobes” on YouTube to learn how to settle your council tax bill using the “Bills of exchange act 1882”…

100% legal and lawful and the council hate you knowing how to do it!
They will call your bluff and give you shtook but at the end of the day they gotta suck it up!

We have been living in our privately owned house for over a year and still have not received a council tax bill. When the bill comes in it’s going to be high. We are on pensions.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting a mark lwellen today . I wanted to explain that the council are wasting our tax payers money on unnecessary spending. The guy didn’t want to listen he was a total bell dne. With cost of everything going up and they still continue to waste money . It’s an absolute disgrace. My advice would be to get rid of half your work force and they do nothing . And concentrate. On spending money on things that need to be sorted like POT holes which damage our cars and people fall unnecessary

Where to start:
• if you owe them money they come after you like vultures even through a county court judgement against you. - But when they owe you they say they send you a check out weeks later still nothing you call to find out where it is then you gotta wait another 14 - 21 days for a transfer but yet we the customers can’t put a county court claim against them as there always going bankrupt.

• The tenancy agreement is a joke they don’t enforce it in the slightest well not the parts where they spose to enforce.

• With costs of living crisis out there and all that there’s a scheme in place around the uk where you can earn only pennies but a start on recycling cans and plastic but yet they do this via a company they partly own so they can make more money out of you and not give anything back.

• There new AI system is a complete joke and a waste of time if they did what the public wanted they would understand this but they do not.

My advice stay clear of Bristol if you can cos moment you come here Bristol city council will make you the poorest you possibly can be.

Had an issue with the clean air zone , contacted the council still no reply , how and why are these corrupt public servants in employment?

Highway robbery the clean air zone. Third time this year I’ve flown from Bristol airport. First time I payed up front, second time avoided the zone, third time did not know I drove through it which cost £69. I will try my best not to fly from Bristol again. The money I paid on the fine will be lost to Bristol airport 100 times over. Vote with your feet.
