Excellent Support from Samson - Payments Team
Excellent support from Samson in the Payments Team. This was the best and fastest support I've received from BrightHR. My query was dealt with quickly and clearly and all my questions were answered. Samson was professional and extremely helpful throughout. A real credit to the team, especially as a new team member.

Outstanding support – turned a stressful moment into a breeze!!
I had the pleasure of being helped by Nikunj Mistry from BrighHR Payroll Support last week, and I honestly can't rate him highly enough. I was feeling pretty foolish – I'd entered all the payroll details for a new starter but couldn't figure out how to migrate them onto the main payment section. Nikunj walked me through it with such patience and clarity that it felt completely simple by the end.
He was personable, professional, and had a great sense of humour – which made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable rather than awkward. More importantly, he has a real gift for making you feel capable, not stupid. He turned my frustration into confidence in minutes.
If you need payroll support, ask for Nikunj. Absolute gem. 5 stars all the way.

Managed Payroll - Ongoing lack of service and professionalism
MANAGED PAYROLL SERVICE - I am saddened to see how many others are having the same issue of ongoing errors, late processing of payroll and a complete communication blackout. I am incredibly disappointed in the failure to deliver a service that is paid for and upon which so many people are reliant.
I took on a manged service so that I would have experts managing payroll who could provide solutions and ensure that my team are paid on time and accurately. I made fewer mistakes when I was handling it myself!
The sad thing is they started off very well and have now become unresponsive and offer no support at all except for an email 2 days before payday to say the payrun is delayed! And on top of that the portal is now nonfunctional.
What am I supposed to tell my team?
I would not recommend this service at all and will be seeking to extricate our company as soon as possible.

Abysmal.
Abysmal.
They made several mistakes with our payroll and ran it late, on multiple occasions, jeopardising our ability to pay our staff on time. When I complained and asked for help, no one would take ownership, every person I spoke to insisted it was someone else's responsibility, promised that a colleague would contact me, and then that call never came. I chased repeatedly and got the same runaround every time.
I have never encountered such a consistent lack of care towards a client. Getting payroll wrong is serious; failing to fix it, or even acknowledge it, is unforgivable. I would strongly caution any business against relying on them for anything as critical as paying your people.
