I had a really positive experience working with BrightHR. We have recently signed up as a small cafe and the software is well suited for purpose. Excellent HR support

Our access to the E-learning portal…
Our access to the E-learning portal hasn't been working and I have been going back and forth for 3 months on email and not got anywhere. I was seriously losing my patience.
Luckily for me Lachlan in the support team picked up my email has had it resolved within a day!! Lachlan was proactive and helpful and tracked the fix end to end! Thanks so much for your help.
If I had only interacted with Lachlan this review would be a 5 Star. ( Pre fix I would have rated my experience with the support team a 1 star- three months for help is excessive in my opinion)

Controlling reviews
My original experience with BrightHR started positively. The software demonstration was good, and the sales process was professional.
Unfortunately, my opinion changed after I left an honest Trustpilot review based on my experience.
BrightHR requested that I amend my review to remove an employee's first name, despite there being other Trustpilot reviews that mention employees by both their first and last names. I chose not to amend my review simply to present a more favourable public image, as everything I had written was truthful and reflected my genuine experience.
The following day, I was notified that my review had been removed for allegedly breaching Trustpilot's guidelines. Whether or not that decision was ultimately correct, the experience has left me questioning how much confidence consumers can place in review platforms if genuine, factual experiences can disappear after being challenged.
What disappoints me most is that, despite publicly raising my concerns about my experience, I have still never received any acknowledgement, apology, or response from BrightHR themselves. The only communication relating to my feedback was through requests to change or remove my review via Trustpilot.
For me, how a company responds when things don't go perfectly says just as much as the product or service itself. Sadly, this entire experience has left me with a very different impression of BrightHR than when I first engaged with them.

I had my BrightHR onboarding session with James, and I couldn't fault the service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I understood how to get the most from the system.

First day working with BrightHR -Great Start
First day working with BrightHR and met with our account manager Tomas (Ash) Zhao Do Amaral. Decided to go to head office and meet in person.
