chosing the right person for help

I had a support session with Samuel Adeosun this afternoon and I cannot praise and recommend him enough for his amazing patience with someone who is new to croner i bright Hr and not techno friendly. I was really struggling to understand how to manage screen sharing and editing staff contract and annual leave on the system. Samuel patience was very commendable as he didn't lose his patience to help me . He never gave up .I almost did , but he didn't. After several attempts we achieved what I needed to do . He is an asset to Croner . I cannot thank you enough Samuel for your help today.

Undisclosed Long-Term Contracts, Payroll Errors and Poor Complaint Handling
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with BrightHR, both in relation to the way the services were sold and the subsequent payroll service.
I was quoted monthly prices for both the HR software and payroll services. At no point during the multiple sales discussions I had with BrightHR do I recall being told that I was entering into a two-year contract for the HR software or, even more significantly, a five-year contract for payroll. Had I been clearly told that the payroll service involved a five-year commitment, I would not have agreed to it.
I subsequently became dissatisfied with the payroll service itself. There were errors in payroll-related documentation, including a P45, and the payroll figures became sufficiently contentious that an employee dispute ultimately involved ACAS.
I raised these concerns with BrightHR and asked to terminate the services.
During BrightHR's investigation of my complaint, a so-called 'Solutions Specialist' who's name they have asked me to hide, then asked why I had allegedly failed to attend two later "parallel payroll" meetings and stated that, as I could imagine, parallel runs were important in order to run payroll.
What concerns me about this line of questioning is that the poor service and payroll issues I complained about had already arisen before the meetings BrightHR is now referring to.
I also do not recall being told that attendance at those later meetings was mandatory, or that I should not process payroll without attending them. My understanding was that once the payroll had been set up, I would be able to process it myself.
I have therefore asked the 'Soltuions Specialist' who I am not allowed to name, and BrightHR to explain specifically what connection, if any, they believe exists between those later meetings and the actual payroll errors complained of, rather than simply referring to missed appointments after the service problems had already occurred.
BrightHR has also stated that cancelling the agreements would involve substantial "remaining liability" charges, including liability under the alleged five-year payroll agreement.
I am currently pursuing this through BrightHR's formal complaints process and have requested that all communications are kept in writing so there is an accurate record.
For a service dealing with something as important as HR and payroll, I expected considerably greater transparency around long-term contractual commitments and much greater confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the payroll service.
I will update this review once BrightHR has completed its investigation and responded fully to the issues I have raised.
